I got a call from a guy named Patricio and he did a great job pushing me away of getting their services, this is a company with dark practices so be aware, they want to give you all the pricing over the phone and lie about sending it by email. they also are the kind of company looking to sign you the same day with little to no details of what to expect. Taking my business elsewhere where they have transparent practices :)

Its an excellent platform for learning english.

Turns out that in all the buying process they failed to inform me that I was signing up for a 12-month automatic subscription, even though I chose a monthly payment, it was attached to a 1 year subscription. No wonder they are so eager to give you discounts and put so much pressure to get you to register within the same day to get the discount. All the pressure turns out is just a system to get you stuck in a contract that you can't get out of.
I was able to argue my way out of the contract because they never informed me that I was singing up to a 12-month subscription, so they "very kindly" let me go without a penalty. Lesson learnt, don't give in to all the pressure, not worth it.

I am currently experiencing an issue where my portal page only displays my account page. I can't see other pages. My credit card is no problem. I attempted to log in EF using Safari,Chrome (PC) and my iPhone, but I got the same result. This has been happening since yesterday (18th Friday).

Could you please resolve it as soon as possible? I have already contacted your customer support team, but I haven’t received any response yet.

I couldn't take my private classes and group classes about this problem.

The best experience, The service is excellent and very fast, I recommend it 100% and Advisor Gisele Gutiérrez provided excellent customer service and attention. I highly recommend her because she made being at EF much easier and more comfortable.

For me the study found easier and It’s very exciting.
I have just one note and the system could be more improved, for example we have sometimes to open dialogue where I can not drag it up or down. Just I can zoom it in or out.
To see all dialogue box I should zoom it in then the font becomes very small which is hard to read.
