It was a good experience from Jorge Orozco

The app doesn't work property, the quality is poor, and they kept trying to charge me multiple times. Despite sending several emails to cancel, I got no response.

EF Academy doesn't cancel paid subscriptions. Support only offers a 60-day pause, which requires payment. They ignore financial hardship or a desire to leave the service and force users to pay. I even had to destroy my credit card to stop the charges after support refused to help me. What a shame!

What went wrong this time?
This time, the issue was mostly on my side. I struggled with procrastination and didn’t manage my time effectively, which affected my learning process and participation.

How can this company improve?
The company is doing a good job in offering learning opportunities. However, it might help to include more frequent reminders or motivational check-ins to support students like me who sometimes need an extra push to stay on track.

My experience with EF Was and is great, except one small problem. I had a misunderstanding with customer service agent when I couldn’t reach any other worker at EF. However, finally the problem has solved. Anyway, glad to study again at such great virtual school.
Thanks for working hard to satisfy your students.

The teachers are super friendly, the classes are fun but in the groups I feel that it is difficult for me because of English and that the teachers do not understand the languages and the one who attends to me Jorge Orozco is too kind and understands me super well.

I have to say i am speechless.... signed up for information, and i was called by representative telling me about the special offer of the end of the month and the prices being lower than usual. Note that during our whole conversation i was polite and when i mentioned that i wasn't necessarily going to pay today, he did a 180 literally HUNG UP on me, I called back and asked "excuse me, why did you hang up on me, and gave me the nastiest attitude saying "well are you interested or not" in a conceited tone, therefore i kindly asked to speak to someone else because he was fairly rude, again in a conceited tone replied "you said you're not interested" and hung up on me. We had our conversation in spanish, i deleted the number but i do remember it was a number that started with 209-, anyway I was interested, and yes i would have signed up for the courses but honestly not anymore.
EF Ebglish Live, please listen to the customer/representative audios more often, no onde deserves to be treated that way.

Its a scam, app not working good, quality is super low and they want only your money they tryed to charge me 6 times today xD i have sent like 15 emails regarding cancelation nothing helped. I need to contact with bank luckly they suspended transaction and start inwestigation, police is also involved. Hope all people involved in this bullshit go to hel. High note here probably from india china whatever please all people put review here!!
