I exchanged a few emails with the lovely Gilda who was able to very quickly provide me with a mock up of the design I wanted. Silver photograph frame for my Granddaughters Christening. It was also engraved free of charge to my own specifications. Beautifully packed and presented and arrived when it was scheduled.

My two friends were both thrilled with their gifts. The packaging was great; delivery well within the time and the gifts up to a high standard.
I had a difficulty (my fault) and emailed whilst I was still on the website and received a reply almost immediately. I highly recommend this company for their beautiful gifts.

Incredible experience!

I had a specific idea of what I wanted to be engraved onto a set of pewter tankards for a friends’ housewarming gift, but it wasn’t quite fitting into any of the standard forms on the website. I contacted the customer service team, and within a matter of hours, they’d mocked up a design image of EXACTLY what I had in mind, including a special font that wasn’t on the site! Even better, they’re able to ship it the same day, arriving the following, so it’ll be here well in time for the housewarming party on Friday. Honestly, completely beyond any expectations I had - possibly the best service experience I’ve ever had. Thank you, Gilda - you’re a star!

I purchased a pewter hip flask and had some initials put on for my nephew's 18th.

The hip flask was of lovely quality, however, I was very disappointed in the drink funnel which came with it - very cheap and nasty. In fact, I went and bought one from somewhere else to replace it so that the whole present was of decent quality and I am so glad that I did!

The quality of the pocket watch I received is outstanding. The engraving is perfect to the smallest measurable detail. I'm already looking for my next item from Engravers Guild. Thanks so much.

I wanted a gift for my husband that he could have as a keepsake for our Ruby wedding anniversary. I ordered a pocket watch with a personal engraved message on it. It wasn't the most expensive watch but was of good quality and the engraving was excellent and arrived quickly in a lovely presentation box. I would use them again.

There was a small mistake in the wording on the engraving of a gin glass I orderd. I contacted the team, and they promptly offered to replace it with a new correct version. This arrived only one day after I contacted them. Very impressed with the service provided and the glass was of high quality.

The service from Engravers Guild of London I had was absolutely tremendous. I placed an order about 12.30ish am (7/01/24), arrived before due date. Unfortunately there was a small fault so message
about 10pm on the
11/01/24, to which I had a reply before 9 am the next day and a replacement arrived on Saturday 13/01/24. Would certainly recommend this company for prompt, polite service, and by the way the pocket watch with engraving was lovely too

Really happy I found Engravers Guild! I ordered a mixture of personalised items for gifts and all are excellent quality. The premium packaging is worth the extra cost to present the gifts in that extra special way. Just received my second order from them and will definitely continue to use them in the future as my go-to whenever I want a personalised gift. Superb customer service from Gilda!
