This is a Horrible Merchant to order from i ordered perfume for my bday August 6, I ordered July 26th in time to receive item. Its August 28th and I still havent receive item i tried to cancel August 24th they refuse even though it says youll have item in a few days. Now im waiting on a dispute i had to file with my bank just stick to Amazon

I received a defective top on the bottle which cause it to get stuck and no perfume comes out I reached out to company via email sent them the video that it did not work and immediately I got another email saying will be replaced that is a sure business I will purchase again , Thank You

This company is a rip off the scent dont stay on you can barely smell it all they gave me 3 of the same fragrance dont like the smell very misleading

I didn't request a subscription and in fact I've tried to cancel without success. You have a manage subscription link and that's what I did but there isn't a link to cancel! CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION

I emailed them about my order i have not received they got right back with me and gave me directions to check my order status.

My bestie bought this perfume for her & an extra bottle for a gift for me. I just watched her spray 6 squirts all over her neck & chest before I left her house, as her husband came in the door from work. She said she gave him a big ol' hug & a kiss...she asked if he smelled & did he like her new perfume? He said, it's ok I guess, and walked upstairs. After snelling it, Im not overly impressed with the smell, it's alright. Clearly it is not going to nake your Nan drop everything and need to have you, right here, right now. Im going to say...imo...overpriced gimmick on a $5 cologne scent but it cost her $35.

I ordered once and they are sending every month. I am 85 and cannot afford. I called and asked them to send me a cancellation email. I received nothing.

It’s not that I dislike , the thing is that my bank account has been charged and you can’t seem to find my order. I really want the product. And I haven’t received any shipping email.

I made a request to cancel, however I was given the option to delay next shipment and will be notified when next shipment will take place. Thanks for the suggestion and understanding my concern for not having an abundance of your product on hand.

This Company Is A SCAM. I ordered the buy 2 get one free perfumes for $22.23. They overcharged me $44.64 without my authorization. I tried calling countless times to get my refund, and it went straight to voicemail. I then turned them in to the Better Business Bureau. Funny how they responded within hours, stating how they never received any phone calls from me, and that I ordered 2 sets of perfumes that totaled $44.64. I do have pictures of what I clicked on, AND, a email stating how I successfully been refunded and to wait 1-7 business days. I’ve been checking my bank statements every day, and haven’t received a dime. I give Enhanced Scents a ZERO.

I would give 0 if I could. Scammers - all communication is via Steven (who I believe runs this joke of a firm and total con artist) all communication is copied and pasted from previous emails sent back and forth in total about 40 emails and get nowhere. Alll scents smells the same. Additionally they charge you monthly subscription without your knowledge. I paid £40 for 3 small bottles of useless crap including unwanted subscription. Don't look at AI generated positive feedbacks.
