Scammers - all communication is via Steven (who I believe runs this joke of a firm and total con artist) all communication is copied and pasted from previous emails sent back and forth in total about 40 emails and get nowhere. Alll scents smells the same. Additionally they charge you monthly subscription without your knowledge. I paid £40 for 3 small bottles of useless crap including unwanted subscription. Don't look at AI generated positive feedbacks.

I wish I had read even just one review from all the other victims before I made my ONE and ONLY purchase on May 1st, 2026.

Like many others, I woke up to an UNAUTHORIZED charge on June 1st, that tripled the amount of what I purchased on May 1st. I immediately send them an email request to stop the order and refund the charges. Instead, I was told that it was because I was enrolled a MONTHLY subscription that I did NOT sign up nor was aware of AT ALL.

So if you are lucky enough to read any of these reviews, please STOP at all cost from making any purchase.

Got an ad online. Ordered some product. Smell is very powerful. I don't really know how to feel about it. I get another email that I have another shipment coming not realizing that when you buy something that you're signing up for a subscription. So I immediately contacted them and it took them five days to reach back out to me to cancel my subscription. I would use a different company.

Bought fragrances from Enhanced Scents and later discovered they had signed me up for a recurring membership that I never knowingly agreed to. They started charging my card without any clear notice.

After looking online, I found numerous complaints from customers reporting the exact same issue. This feels intentionally deceptive and has completely destroyed my trust in the company.

Avoid unless you want to monitor your credit card statements for surprise charges.

They will sign you up to subscription based model without your knowledge and charge you a subscription fee and also keep sending you the same items with the charges for this item(s).
Then if you contact them you will receive nothing, no refund, no reasoning and I have had to cancel my bank card and engage my bank to chase for fraud charges from them.

I purchased a product from a Spring promotion for CA$41.37, believing it was a one-time purchase. Later, I was charged CA$124.08 and told I was enrolled in a monthly subscription, which I did not knowingly agree to.

I contacted customer service immediately, but my refund request was refused, even though the subscription was later cancelled.

I am disappointed with this experience and feel the subscription terms were not clearly presented during the purchase.

I bought three aftershaves in a “spring sale” - they added on a subscription that was not made clear, I was never given information about any agreement etc (I still don’t actually know what the subscription involves)
But they have taken another almost £70 from my account without my knowledge or consent.
My initial purchase was all that I authorised.
The fragrances themselves are not great as is, so even if I had wanted to buy from them again, I wouldn’t. They smell very much the same as each other, very chemically and they only last a very short amount of time.
I have raised a dispute with the company to no avail and I am working with my bank to see if they can help.

On December 3, I contacted this company and requested that my subscription be canceled. Rather than processing the cancellation, the company responded requesting additional information. When I did not reply to that request, the subscription remained active and continued to renew for nearly six more months.

When I later discovered the continued charges and requested refunds, the company took the position that my original cancellation request was insufficient because I did not respond to their follow-up email. As a result, they declined to refund the charges incurred between December and May, offering only a refund of the most recent charge as a "goodwill gesture."

To be fair, the company did respond to my inquiries and was consistent in explaining its position. However, I strongly disagree with the cancellation process. In my opinion, when a customer clearly states they want to cancel a subscription, the cancellation should be processed without requiring additional steps or follow-up responses from the customer.

If you subscribe to this service, I would encourage you to carefully monitor your account and ensure you receive explicit confirmation that your subscription has been canceled. Do not assume that submitting a cancellation request alone will end future billing.

Absolutely terrible company.
I accidentally signed up for a subscription and canceled it almost immediately after realizing how poor the product quality was. Despite the cancellation, they still insisted on shipping the products anyway. I contacted them clearly stating that I had already canceled and did not want anything delivered.
Then came the worst part: they refused to refund my money, claiming the products had been delivered, even though I had email proof showing I canceled before everything went ahead.
The entire experience was unbelievably frustrating. They treat customers like fools, refuse to admit obvious mistakes, and hide behind scripted responses instead of taking responsibility. Every interaction felt condescending and dishonest.
Avoid this company if you value your money, your time, or basic customer respect.

Do not trust this company. They are engaging in highly deceptive marketing and illegal billing practices.

1. Poor Product Quality & Fake Return Policy:
They heavily advertise an open return policy based on customer dissatisfaction. However, the replica perfumes I received are incredibly low quality—they lose their essence and fade within 1-2 hours, performing like cheap dollar-store items despite the premium price tag. When I requested a return based on their advertised guarantee, they refused, falsely claiming "hygiene regulations" and "subjective preferences" (despite only selling perfume).

2. Unauthorized Credit Card Charges (Subscription Scam):
While I was actively negotiating the perfume return with customer service, they illegally charged my credit card for a "subscription fee" that I absolutely never signed up for or consented to.

3. Deceptive Shipping & Fraudulent Delays:
When I immediately contacted them to dispute this unauthorized subscription charge, they explicitly confirmed via email that a refund would be processed. Shockingly, the very next day, they reversed their stance, emailing me that the order "had already been processed" and nothing could be done.

To prove this is an intentional scam: they claimed it was too late to cancel because it "shipped," yet the tracking number shows that only a shipping label has been created. The product hasn’t even left their warehouse.

They are intentionally locking in unauthorized funds, lying about shipping status, and selling degraded products under false assurances. Avoid this business at all costs. I am initiating a formal fraud dispute and chargeback with my credit card company.

I had a very disappointing experience with Enhanced Scents.

I would strongly encourage other customers to carefully review everything before purchasing from this company.

TEXTBOOK SCAMMER. As you add the aftershave to the cart, it changes from a bottle of aftershave to a SUBSCRIPTION. Then, as MANY others have reported, it’s a subscription model. Multiple addresses - RED FLAGS EVERYWHERE. AVOID.

I bought 3 scents as a one off purchase, one month later they took $49aud off my Credit card for a "VIP" subscription I never opted into or subscribed to-nothing in my original purchase and no email about this at any stage-I notified them 4 days after the charge and they refused to pay me back. You can decide if this is a scam or not :)

Be aware! Did not like any of the fragrances and to stop the subscription was impossible. I had to cancel my card to stop receiving.

Having tried a number of the ‘inspired by’ brands that have seemingly come from nowhere, to flood this particular market with various standards of fragrances, I have come across Enhanced Scents. From the quality of their scents, to their pricing and on to customer services I would have to rate these guys very much up there at the top end. Everything is top notch and would highly recommend these guys if you wanted to dip your toe into this rapidly growing retail sector. Fantastic value for money with incredible accuracy as well as longevity of the scent once used. I also love how they’ve managed to offer their scents in very different, classy looking bottles, compared to all the others in this market. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve ordered six perfumes. Turn out it’s all a big bluff - scents where sent fresh out china - cheap oils & most likely bad chemicals. Can’t even call it “perfume” it smells more like a cologne than anything else tbh. The smell disappears after a few minutes (5-10min and 80% of the smell is gone) what a waste of money!

Scam… ordered some perfumes and I’ve got charged for that, but after couple of weeks I’ve got charged again for a ‘vip membership’ which I didn’t signed up for. Contacted my bank and opened a dispute.. stay away from them!!

BEWARE if you ever make an order form they, they add you to their monthly VIP list, and charge you $50 AUD every month. It was a nightmare to cancel and get refunded. Business doesnt reply when contacted. They trade under a fake name Klone Sents, but its just a cheap Chinese company ripping people off
