My surgeon Dr Maklad was extremely knowledgeable, he got exactly what I was asking for. And has provided just that! I am absolutely elated with the results and I’m only 7 days post surgery!!
All the nursing staff and my patient care coordinator Becci were fabulous throughout. They were supportive, caring and helpful at all steps.
I would recommend Enhance one million times over!
The hospital is also immaculately clean.
I am so happy with my results, I only wish I’d got it done sooner.

I had my surgery on December 30th, 2025, and recently attended my three-month check-up where I was told everything is perfect.

From my very first consultation, I felt completely comfortable and 100% confident that I was making the right decision. I immediately trusted my surgeon, Mr Maklad, whose professionalism and expertise put me at ease from the start. He knew exactly what he was doing, which gave me complete confidence going into surgery.

The nurses at Hammersmith Hospital were absolutely amazing and made me feel so comfortable from the moment I arrived. Their care and support meant so much throughout the whole experience.

My recovery went very smoothly, and I had no issues whatsoever. I also made sure to look after myself properly, which definitely helped.

I would do it all again in a heartbeat — it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Dr shalabi was very reassuring throughout my surgery. He was very thorough in helping me understand the results. I was very nervous despite having surgery many years ago, he calmed me down. I dont think i could of picked a better doctor. He had the most pleasant bedside manner too. Abbie, Rebecca, Cheryl have also been great. Lots of reassurance nothing is too much to ask.
Oxana at Hammersmith hospital especially. Oxana took the time to answer all my questions. The medical team in the theatre at Hammersmith throughout my operation were also really pleasent and made you feel relaxed. Safety checks were paramount throughout.

Can honestly say from start to finish they have been fantastic! I read some reviews what said don't be fooled because of the price.. honestly this is far from the truth! Honest opinions, clear explanations. Constant communications excellent aftercare. Excellent customer service. The surgeon was so professional and very helpful with his advice. I had to have old implants removed and decided to replace, I had an uplift as well i could not be happier with my results. Highly recommend

I recently had a breast reduction at Enhance Medical (Birmingham).

From my pre-op all the way through to completion of my surgery today, I have felt confident and reassured by the team.

I would specifically like to give a shout out to my nurses Amaal, Patience, Wendy and Dr.David! I felt at ease as soon as I waked through the door and was introduced to the team, they went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed throughout my overnight stay.

As far as my results go, I am already over the moon about how I am looking but of course it is too early to confirm. I couldn’t speak highly enough of my surgeon Ben Khoda though.

I had an uplift and implants march 2026 my surgeon was Mohamed maklad from start to finish the process was amazing all the staff have been brilliant and the after care has been very good I was anxious on the day and the team really took care of me any questions iv had have been responded to very quickly I would highly recommend using enhance medical.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my journey with Enhance. From start to finish it has been seamless! I had a rhinoplasty with Dr Seno and had my cast removal today, I can happily say, despite the swelling, I am really pleased with the result and vision of what it will look like once fully healed.
I had nurse Holly and another lovely nurse (I sadly didn’t get her name) for my aftercare appointments who were also nothing less than amazing. Due to this I will definitely be back to enhance in the future for more enhancements.

The staff were so lovely at enhance medical Hammersmith clinic I went for breast augmentation and they made me feel so calm and comfortable!! The results are amazing I love my new breasts already and it’s only been 3 weeks !
