ENIC Statement
Enic is the fastest way in the UK to have a comparability statement. The service was really fast, I applied Monday and got my statement the week after; the customer service was amazing as well. They let me know any extra documents I needed and communication through the chat service was convenient and easy.
Highly recommend to anyone who has done any education abroad.

We do advise on our website that we cannot provide grade comparisons - The Statement of Comparability service is designed to provide guidance on the comparable level of qualification. We also provide guidance on the Statement of Comparability that it should be accompanied with the transcripts or marksheets for the qualifications covered - enabling institutions to better understand your grade achievements.

I recently used UK ENIC for my Statement of Comparability and was very impressed with the turnaround time. I received my documents much sooner than I expected. Waste Of Money
Total waste of money, because they will not tell you what they CAN NOT DO, until you pay for the services ONLY TO BE TOLD THEY CAN NOT process the application because they will ask for further information, for my case they asked for a transcript from 30 yeras ago. With the £69 FEE NON-REFUNDABLE. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY IN MY EXPERIENCE.

We do outline clearly on our website that the service fee, determined by the Department for Education, is to establish if qualifications are eligible for the service, and we also clearly outline on our website the document requirements.
We have responded to your complaint directly, advising that some documents are missing from your application, and that these are required to proceed with reviewing one of the four qualifications you submitted.
We would be happy to proceed in reviewing your application on receipt of these qualifications, or alternatively, you can request that we remove ineligible qualifications, to proceed with the remaining ones.

This is usually a result of the webpage being left open for too long. Please go back to ‘My Account’ and refresh the webpage. After doing this, please select the “Identity Check” button. You should then be able to scan the QR code image with a mobile device to begin the identity check journey. If you do not have access to a smartphone, or are using a smartphone to make the application, please select the blue ‘I do not have access to a mobile device with a camera’ button. You will then need to scan or upload a photograph of a current form of identification such as a passport or driving license. Once this has been added please take a photograph of yourself as the qualification holder to submit the identity check.
When this has been completed and submitted, please check the “Order Status” section of your online account regularly for any updates on the status of your order, and notification of any action required by you. If this is still not working, please also try the following before contacting us again:
• Logging out and then back into your user portal.
• Clicking on the Identity check button/icon (on the bottom right)
• Clearing the Cashe/cookies from your browser

I tried your advice and called the hotline to ask for help, but the identification verification still did not go through. It is very upsetting that the advisor on the phone failed to provide any workable solution and just asked me to apply for a refund. The app for ordering Life in UK Test works perfectly, but your QR code and browser link do not. Since the IT issues are not resolved, does ENIC have an office where I can take my passport to show your staff for verification? I hope to hear of a resolution to the ID verification IT hiccup instead of blaming the service user. I paid 250 pounds for a service which never happened and I believe I deserve a reasonable explanation. All correspondence in this Messages portal will go on Trustpilot reviews.

The service you are referring to is not a UK ENIC service, but is provided by Ecctis.
We are unaware of other issues regarding the ID verification checks, and the Ecctis office is a closed office to the public. All ID verification must be completed through the electronic verification service.
From the detail you have provided, it appears to be a user-specific issue, and our customer service team have offered the correct guidance.
We have asked for further information via Trustpilot to look into this further for you, however you did not respond to this request.
