I wanted to purchase a gift for an 18th Birthday gift, supposed to be a surprise, it was far from simple, there is no basket on the website like every other website has, being someone who’s life has been in IT for many years I took screen shots to show her what was happening, eventually she explained that if I clicked on 3 lines at top which I had previously tried it would be fine, after the 5th attempt it finally worked, the owner was most rude and I would NOT recommend EVER!

My ring is beautiful, just what I hoped for. I was very emotional sending my Horses tail hair through the post. I didn’t have very much of it and was worried about it being lost. Sarah kindly emailed to let me know it had arrived and even sent me back the hair that wasn’t used. Really caring service, I’m so glad I used Enigma.

After having a really bad experience with another company I was dubious about sending any of my previous boys tail off anywhere to be made into a ring! A great experience from start to finish. Sarah was happy to help me add extras to my bracelet made from tail hair and the wolf tooth of a young horse that I lost recently. Clear instructions on where and how to send precious hair etc. Turn around was much faster than expected and the end result is fabulous. Can't recommend highly enough.
