The bag is just what I needed
The bag is just what I needed. There is plenty of room in it although the card slots are, if anything, too big. The only downside was the very long delivery time. I had given up hope of it ever arriving.

Website easy to navigate
Website is easy to navigate , such as when to expect your shopping and it has lots of features which are very useful, such as order tracking, lists and favourites. I love the substitute option, sometimes it's not quite the same thing but usually very close :D
Sometimes the site can be a bit slow , I assume it's when there are lots of users.

I ordered a wallet through them and they claim it was delivered, which is wasn't, and, they said, it was put in my mailbox which would be totally illegal. This is the second time I've had to protest the charge with the same delivery service they use. I even had to go to my local post office and get a letter from them stating that there was no such delivery on the day they claim it was delivered. The postmaster said they had seen this before and believed it was a Chinese scam.

I didn’t get my order
I didn’t get my order. I have emailed customer support many times and they keep sending me the same exact email telling me to contact the post office. The tracking number is not a good tracking number according to the post office. The order status said my order was deliver in Florida. I live in Arkansas. I have sent several pictures of my order, my order number, the order status that it was delivered to Florida and what the post office is saying. I can’t get customer service to contact me with a legit answer. The order cost me $80. I can’t get an answer. I was ordering the magic bottles with the squishy. I order for all my grandkids and now I’m out the money. I wish someone would just contact me and fix the problem. My order has my correct address and the tracking says ordered in Florida. I really can’t afford to lose $80. Negative Stars unless someone contacts me or fixes the issues.
