Terrible service!!!
I ordered the Viral 2 piece bathing suit in my size, well it didn’t fit and I wanted to return it for a refund and they will not do that.
Do not ever order from them!

I ordered the moisturising foundation and it cover diddle squat...all it is is a sunscreen if they aren't lying about that as well. In the ad it starts of white and blends to the colour of your skin..ITS A LIE..ITS CRAP!!!
DO not get ripped off by this company just don't buy from them..

Sent me the wrong size, and
would not exchange it.

They should sweeten the brownie bites with something other than grape juice. It tastes like I'm eating chocolate cough syrup.

Absolutely beautiful! Recieved this for Valentine's day and I couldn't be happier. It is very pretty and seems to be very well made. Came in a cute box with a tarnish/cleaning cloth as well. Necklace chain is very sturdy as well. Definitely would recommend and would buy again as a gift.

If I could give them below 1 star I would. I have been in contact with them several times about an order I paid for and never recieved. They always promise to send it and never do. I went thru paypal and they held paypal off with promises of sending merchandise long enough for paypal to close file. now they have my money and i am out of luck. I would like to see them out of business and I am not stopping here. Now this is about principal to me not money

If I could give them a 0 Star they would be getting that. DO NOT Oder from this company, they do not give you refunds. I wanted to rerun an item because the person I bought the product for already had a bracelet like the one I ordered. I paid $40 for it and they offered to refund me 1.99! They said “you can keep it and give it to a family member”. They said they normally give 3%-5% refund, that’s not a refund that’s a slap in the face. Beware of this company!!!!

I ordered an urn pendant. I have not received any confirmation emails or any return emails. I know every order is important but to scam people who are mourning is absolutely disgusting. Buyer Beware!!!!

Enjoy life creative is a very convincing SCAM ARTIST, especially in advertising jewelry.
According to a representative of the FTC that I spoke to, the scam artist goes by the name Yiwu Yafeini, however, that may not be his real name. He has taken in thousands of dollars from unsuspecting people like me, who thought his web site was ligitamit. Nice jewelry display, right?
Well, buyer beware.
He will immediately take your money and you will never see any merchandise. It's all just photographs posted on his website.

THANK GOD I used Paypal and was able to get my refund, submitted order and payment 5/17/20 and had not received as of 7/16. Just got my money back. COMPLETE SCAM. Unable to speak to a person, generic responses when you contact via FB messenger (WHICH WAS THE ONLY PLACE I GOT A RESPONSE). BUYER BEWARE!!!

They are a horror of a company, fake, fake fake!!! They take your money and you don’t get the product...I put a stop payment on my order...DON’T BUY FROM THOSE THIEVES...

been 2 months fake tracking number fake phone and email. Thieves

Ordered something early June. Money was taken out. I never received the item and no one addresses the issue. Do not buy from them!

Total scam. Fake phone number and address. They are looking to steal your money. Beware!!!!!! They may send you a “tracking number” but it will show as waiting for package so they are running a total scam. Credit card is charged immediately and no response when asked for a refund. CHINA based-charge on cc says international charge!!

Ordered May 15th over a month and my product has not shipped. I have emailed and called and have not gotten any response. Money was taken out of account as soon as the order was placed.

id give enjoy life creative 0 stars if I could. I had bought a gift which they had gotten the payment and it was immediately taken out of my account. I had not received my purchase. I purchased it early April and its now almost June. I had sent several e-mail, which i had only gotten automated responses for saying it was stopped in customs in California, where the store/distribution center is located. Now I am not even getting responses. I tried to messaging through their website which they responded at first but once i said my package was missing ,no response.
Id rate a zero if I could. customer service is non existent!!
