I would never book with enjoy travel again. If you just want a company that takes your money but provides no service then go with enjoy travel.
I booked a car through Enjoy Travel in Antalya.
My booking confirmation clearly states that the supplier accepts Visa credit cards for both the rental payment and the required €1,000 security deposit. It also states that purchasing additional insurance does not remove the requirement for the security deposit.
However, when I arrived to collect the vehicle, I was told by the representative from Famous Rent A Car that my Visa credit card could not be accepted and that the only way I could collect the vehicle was to purchase their additional insurance.
As it was late in the evening, I was travelling with my family, and I had no realistic alternative transport, I felt I had no choice but to agree.
What happened next demonstrates why I believe I was deliberately misled. Immediately after I agreed to purchase the insurance, the representative successfully charged the cost of that insurance to the very same Visa credit card that they had just claimed could not be accepted.
I complained to Enjoy Travel about this and they said that this isn't their responsibility and that i have to deal with the local supplier.

Easy booking

We booked a rental vehicle through Enjoy Travel for Cagliari Airport, Sardinia (Booking Reference: ENJ-34628315) and paid the required deposit. Upon our arrival, we experienced a highly unprofessional and unacceptable situation with the local car rental agent.First, the local staff refused our standard, physical DKB Visa Credit Card (with chip), claiming cards from online banks were not allowed. During the dispute, the agent even claimed that Enjoy Travel had not forwarded our deposit to them. Moments later, the staff completely contradicted themselves, stating that we could take the vehicle with the exact same DKB card, but only if we agreed to pay double the original price (1,300 Euros).When we declined this extortionate demand and requested to speak with the manager, we were insulted and forced to leave the premises. As a result, we were left stranded on the street at 20:30 with our 6-year-old child without any means of transportation.**We explicitly refuse a simple cancellation or refund of our deposit. Booking a last-minute replacement vehicle on short notice here in Sardinia is extremely expensive and causes immense financial damage that we did not cause.** We demand that Enjoy Travel fulfills its contractual obligations, intervenes immediately with the local supplier to clarify the payment status, and provides us with an immediate replacement vehicle in Cagliari at the originally agreed rate. We expect a prompt solution from your escalation team.
