Overall straightforward and intuitive booking process for my Marseille car hire but let down slightly in one area. The terms and conditions state that any driving license endorsements have to be highlighted at the time of booking. However, there appeared to be no way of doing so. The online chatbot assured me this was targeted at UK hires only which was of some help.

Booking process easy. Price better than other sites.
Booking process easy, good discounts so made the price cheaper than elsewhere. Apparently includes cancellation. Haven't had to deal with customer service so can't comment of this.

I used EnjoyTravel.com several times, and until recently my experience had always been positive. Everything went smoothly, so I was happy to use their service.
Unfortunately, the moment I encountered a genuine issue with one of the rental companies they work with, EnjoyTravel.com completely failed me. As the broker, they made no real effort to investigate the case or support their customer. Instead, I received what appeared to be a generic, pre-written template response that ignored the facts and evidence I had provided.
Their replies were polite, but they contained no meaningful investigation, no accountability, and no genuine attempt to resolve the problem. It felt like their strategy was simply to send reassuring but generic messages in the hope that I would eventually give up.
I am more than happy to share the full correspondence with anyone interested. The emails clearly demonstrate why I have reached this conclusion and show the lack of any proper investigation or meaningful response from EnjoyTravel.com.
A booking platform should be judged not only when everything goes well, but also by how it handles problems when they arise. Based on my experience, I have lost confidence in EnjoyTravel.com and will never use their service again. If you ever need real assistance or expect them to stand behind their customers, don't expect much beyond polite, generic responses with no concrete results.
