Absolutely appalling company. Bin collection is not allowed to start until 7am yet they show up at 5:30am - they're literally breaking a council bylaw.

Poor company, they take your money and don’t take your bin that you paid for and then they say they can’t see your payments even though you email them proof. Their customer service is only a gesture and not an actual functional customer service.

Used for garden waste and really wish I had never started. The most appalling customer service I have come across in a long time, been 8 weeks since I cancelled the service and after numerous calls, including escalations to supervisors who failed to call back as promised, the bins are still to be collected. Only after emailing the CEO and threatening to drop the bins at his house did I get a call back!

Every two weeks always having problem with my food waste bin always been not collected. I need to call them 3 or more times every two weeks to follow up every call have different excuses. Another problem this month and I will leave them in peace its totally wasting my time a very simple job cant even do it properly!!!

We are so absolutely thrilled with the service we have received from Monica on the phone to the truck driver who delivered our bin and then arrived to pick it up. So professional and just wonderful thank you so much...The morpeths essex street

Been here 3 times & each time the price was over priced the second two times I went I had proof they over priced on the way bridge going out some how one of my loads 280kg turned into 600kg so we paid it then went back thru to the first weigh bridge & suddenly we weighed over 300kg more. Then when we got a refund $93 they still over charged us by $50. Got most of this on video evidence so facts can't be questioned. (lady said I couldn't have been on they weigh bridge properly after the fact.) I belive I got ripped off 3 times I have used this facility highly recommended not to use unless money & service doesn't matter.

Envirowaste does not deserve any stars, poor communication, poor management responses,
very poor service for pickup of wheelie bin, in general don't go through this company for their services, they are terrible!!

Terrible service , Bin hasn’t been collected for two weeks , it’s been out on the kurb since last Friday , when asked about why, they say it’s because they have a “New Driver” 🤷🏽‍♀️ They also told me to have the bin out yesterday (Thursday) and it would be collected , woke up today to find it hasn’t , the girl on the phone went on to say that the driver came and there was no bin out on the kurb , absolute lies , now they saying they will collect it NEXT Week , so I will have a rotting smelly bin out for three weeks because of their total incompetence. They don’t have a problem deducting the funds but they seem to have an issue doing their jobs of actually collecting the bins!

I was an employee of this company. In short. The no tolerance bullying policy is absolute rubbish. They do condone bullying and when it is advised this is happening the very ones bullying turn it on the bullied and it is swept away like a pile of refuse. The management is not proactive and as I had advised my manager on the onset of my employment that I was being gossiped about, backstabbed, rumours and no end of bullying tactics I was the one who had to leave and my so called “bosses” sat there blaming me for their lack of management skills. They waited until it was unfixable and then blamed me for my managers hiding away until I called HR. This did not heal the problem and it was gaslighted completely around to find my being the problem and not the bullies and lack of non bullying policies activated.
It was easier to keep the bullies there as the area I worked in was made up of them and to address them would have lost the majority of their workers. So get rid of the one stepping forward to address the problem.

Very toxic place to work.

Ordered the bin online on 12th January and received an email confirmation with a 3-week timeline for the bin to be delivered. After 2 follow-up emails, and 2 calls to customer services I eventually cancelled the order in mid-March. I needed a bin for green waste and had no confidence this company could deliver a bin. To my surprise, I finally received a bin more than a week later, after having cancelled the order. Not surprisingly I went to a competitor who was able to supply a bin and similar service within 1 week. This company does not not what they are doing and I seriously question what its collection times would be like. Might have to wait 3 months just to get the bin cleared.

This company is shocking. Ive been with them for a number of years but recently had to change bank accounts for payment due to a divorce. It took 6 WEEKS to get proper advice which involved sending a paper direct debit form off. I duly did this before Christmas and thought everything was ok,foolishly not checking my account. Enter the cyclone. I receive notification that my collection would be delayed so didnt think anything until 1.5 weeks later when i noticed my bin was the only one left uncollected. On contacted i was told my account was terminated. No warning! Nothing.my new bank details had been loaded though So i asked for the bin to be collected. I was told i would have to write amd close the account that had been terminated by them! I demanded my bin be collected but they have yet to do so a week and a half later. They are the most expensive company but no organization at all!

I cancelled my collection last month and this firm are still deducting money from my account. The call centre is a joke - after waiting 2 hours I did not get through. No response to my emails.

Complete lack of service delivery. Haven't delivered bin after two months of waiting...can't get any real feedback. They are always 'escalating the problem' with no resolution. To add insult to injury they have now deducted money from my bank account without providing the bin. I was promised a refund a week ago - nothing yet - when my husband phoned again today they could not give him an update on when the refund will be processed

A wonderful older gentleman named James from Enviro Waste knocked on our door to make sure our bin got taken. I had forgotten to make sure it was put out roadside and this good man went the extra mile by 1. Knocking on our door. 2. Being polite 3. Offering to go around the side our shed to make sure it gets taken. 3. Great manners. 4. Warm smile. 5. Made me feel safe. 6. Top guy. 7. Putaruru is a lucky place to have good men like that here.

Totally a bad company. We ordered a wheelie bin for collection weekly. After 3 missed collections we cancelled. The day after we cancelled they deducted funds from our account. After repeated reminders to collect their bin it’s still outside 2 months later??????? Bad publicity for them and not a good incentive to our neighbours. We had to dispose of the bin ourselves. Enviro waste more like waste of space

Canceled my service with them 2 months ago. After canceling they still deducted money from my account. Been 2 months now and still battling to get my money back.

Just had John from Envirowaste do a job for us in Takapuna and he went above and beyond in his role, with a can do attitude and a smile on his face he gave the best service possible, he deserves a raise! Thanks John you made our day.

Absolutely atrocious customer service! Had the use of a 9m skip bin, delivered on a Friday, to be collected the following Friday. Friday (collection morning), I had to quickly run to the dairy (2min drive, 10 min walk) collection shows up and calls to have access to property. I said I'm not home, I'm just up the road and gave permission to enter property to collect. All of 5m from the "makeshift" gate. Was told no it's against protocol. I told him I'll ring someone to come open the gate. They got to my place faster than I would have, walking. They were there in less than 4mins. On the way to mine, they passed the collection driver, who would've left as soon as we hung up from our call. They waited at my property while I tried contacting the driver, who didn't answer my calls but replied to my text when I said the property was attended and asked if he had left, which he replied "Yes I have"
Customer service called to reschedule pick up. When i explained the situation, i was told, by Moana, that i was the one that had wasted his time.

I have had a fortnightly household rubbish service for the last two years. Good service! Only once in that time was there ever a collection issue - and they fixed it after I emailed. All other times, no problems. Oh, and when the wind blew my bin onto the road and the lid broke, they organised a replacement without hassle.
