Good service!
I have had a fortnightly household rubbish service for the last two years. Good service! Only once in that time was there ever a collection issue - and they fixed it after I emailed. All other times, no problems. Oh, and when the wind blew my bin onto the road and the lid broke, they organised a replacement without hassle.

I have had a 2 year Contract for front loader bin empties and very rarely has this run smoothly. Communication very poor, with multiple personal getting involved. When I signed up, I didn't know that they would sub contract the work out and this is where issues began. My time is up with Envirowaste and I have gone with a new provider at a much discounted rate. I honestly can't recommend. FURTHER TO YOUR REQUEST. I am talking about the New Zealand branch of Envirowaste. I would say, one of the worst providers of contractual services I have ever had the misfortune of doing business with. Can not recommend at all. Kind regards - Roofing Logistics NZ LTD -
