Ross and the team were helpful, professional and friendly. After our advisor left abruptly with no warning, Ross took over our account and explained everything but ensured we were in good hands. Ross got us a great deal on our mortgage and gave great advise throughout. I would recommend Envoy to anyone looking for a great deal on their mortgage paired with great customer service!

We used Lauren as our mortgage advisor when we decided to sell our family home of 24 years and move to our dream house in the countryside. From start to finish, Lauren was absolutely amazing. She found us the best mortgage and insurance products to suit our needs and kept in touch throughout the whole process.
It was an anxious time for us, as we hadn’t moved in so long and everything felt new, but Lauren reassured us at every step and gave us real peace of mind.
