Fast call out even on a Friday night. Fixed within the hour, no issues at all. Costs outlined upfront. Would recommend and would definitely use again if required.

I had an urgent problem with a water leak. They sent a guy round (Usman Yousaf) within 2 hours of my call. He was polite and efficient. He identified the problem very quickly and fixed it. That is all you want in a situation like that.

Arrived within 50mins explained everything and fixed leak in 10-15 mins really good service.

Major leak in central heating loop called for an emergency plumber. Adam connected me to an engineer in my area and the problem was fixed within 2 hours of the initial phone call. Sure, you pay for the call-out, but that's fair enough. I don't work for free and wouldn't expect anybody else to either.

Plumber Kevin attended our commercial property on 4th July. He was very professional, keeping me fully informed and even returned to make sure all happy. Would happily recommend Kevin to all.

Callum came out to my house from its plumbing scotland at half 2 in the morning to help with a leaking toilet system. The work was promptly sorted to a professional standard. If you ever need a plumber give him a call 👍

The electrician was friendly and was not judgemental.
I say this because my house is in a bit of a state from subsidence etc and all too often I meet tradesmen who give out a bad vibe because of the state of my home. Outstanding behaviour goes a long way.
He was also an excellent electrician who explained everything and did all the paperwork without wrangling. This made it a rare experience for me.
And I have dealt with dozens of tradespeople.

Brilliant engineer called Kev came to our house after we paid the call out fee. He was amazing! Talked my partner through the problem and what he was doing to fix it. He was really friendly, respectful of our house and great with our dog. Really recommend him as a gas safe engineer.
The company that we used to get him were also polite, explained the process that would happen so that i was sure of what was happening. No one likes having to pay for some one to come out in an emergency but I would definitely recommend this company.
