We noticed a leak in the kitchen roofing the morning, coming from the water tank upstairs. We phoned and got a quick response and a plumber was found to come out as soon as possible. He was there within an hour and a half and quickly fixed the problem. Very quick, efficient and professional service. Fully recommend this firm.

EPHG provided a great service to get my boiler fixed on a Friday afternoon. I tried multiple boiler engineers none of which had the part available and could not fix boiler till the following week. EPHG proved an engineer with the part and boiler was fixed within 2 hours of phoning them.

The engineer (Tim) arrived about 40mins after my initial call. He was very polite & professional & managed to get my boiler working. I would use the service again in an emergency.

Arrived promptly and dealt with the job quickly, including calling out the water board when that was required. Would definitely use again, although I hope I don’t have to!

This is a real emergency service. I called my home insurance and British Gas. Neither could get me a plumber on a Saturday night. I tried so many so called emergency plumbers last night and nearly gave up. Kieran was great and explained the whole process. The gas engineer was with us within the ETA on a Saturday night! Tom did a great job. He checked everything before leaving and left within 30 minutes of coming. It is pricey but its a real emergency service and il get the money back from my insurance.

The company provided a quick response to an emergency call, and the plumber was great. Not only fixed the immediate issue but also made the necessary repairs on the spot.

Had water gushing through my light fitting. An engineer came out straight away & went above & beyond to fix the problem, even advising on how to prevent damage to flooring etc. Excellent service.

Had an emergancy and needed a plumber ASAP - the guy that came was quick, and had all the parts needed for the job (even fixed an issue i wasnt awarw of!). He was very friendly and polite too.

Speedy response to a leaking radiator with an experienced engineer called out who fixed the issue without fuss or further mess.

EPHG repaired my elderly parents boiler during the cold December weather. The online booking system was easy to use and an appointment was confirmed within 2 hours. The engineer was professional, helpful and friendly. The boiler was repaired immediately and heat was restored to my parents house. I would definitely recommend!

Had to call a couple of times, as it was a cold December Sunday just before Christmas. The service was perfect though. Quickly arranged a visit, explained the costs which were reasonable, and a fix within an hour of the plumber arriving. All done in 2 hours. Great job.

He was very calm, incredibly experienced, and although it was a catastrophic situation with the upstairs ensuite shower leaking via the floor to into the lounge ceiling, he came equipped with the right tools. A very knowledgeable and calm disposition, with lots of advice to take photos for our home insurance. There was no messing around, and I highly recommend him in a heartbeat. Thank you.

It was a Sunday on the weekend before Christmas and we were about to have friends for lunch. Our electric sockets on the ground floor tripped and we could not get them working. We contacted EPHG who managed to get someone out in a few hours and who was able to fix our problem very quickly. Not ideal to have to get emergency electricians but this service was quick, efficient and very friendly.

Good to know there is a reliable service nearby in case problems arise in the future.
