I would have liked my order to be shipped all at once, instead of multiple orders, but the quality has been really good for the reasonable prices.

The order was shipped and delivered quickly. This is the third time we've ordered this product from Epic, and it always comes quickly and is exactly as advertised. The mat holds up really well over time, no matter if we use it indoors or outdoors. We have one we keep inside, another we have in our outdoor batting cage, and another we use on the field on practice days. They are awesome.

I order 600 pieces of belts and socks from this company 6 weeks ago. 1 week after receiving my order I contact customer service because I was missing 78 pieces. An agent told me the remaining pieces were in transit. They never showed up. After contacting customer service again I was told I would receive a refund which never happened. Here I am two weeks later.m, having to contact customer service again! I’m told there was a “system error” and am just now being refunded 6 weeks later! Do not buy here. Customer service is a joke.

Overall experience was very stressful, but in the end I did receive my order a day early so 4 stars. First of all, there is 0 way to expedite orders or pay for rush shipping, which I didn’t realize until it was too late and I had no other option. 2nd, there is no way to call and talk to a person. You can only communicate through chat and hope that you respond quick enough otherwise you have to start over. 4 days after placing the order I got an email that one of my logos was bad (it was not). They sent a suggested alternative which had dropped letters and completely unusable. I uploaded a new logo and the ETA pushed back even farther. I spent hours trying to tell them this (due to only communicating via chat and email). I finally got through to someone who understood and went in and approved my original art manually. She also reinstated the original ETA after I voiced my concern. Lastly, I didn’t receive tracking/shipment confirmation until day of arrival and begging for updates. Good news was, my fear of it not having shipped wasn’t true. It had, they just aren’t great at updating tracking. In the end, I’m very thankful to have received it a day early as that was game day, but my panic from not getting an answer caused me to spend extra money on blank t shirts thinking that we weren’t going to have jerseys.

The return policy does not keep small organizations in mind. The return percent is high and they also do not cover shipping costs. Thankful the items met expectations.

Epic Sports has a serious issue with misleading customers and not honoring their own written commitments.
I was told in writing that my custom item was returnable and instructed to send a photo. After I did that, they completely backtracked and refused the return.
On top of that, their system provided no proof or warning that my design would print red on red and be nearly invisible. The result is an item that is not wearable.
Instead of taking responsibility, they hid behind a “custom item” policy and offered a $15 credit.
This is not how you treat customers. If you order anything custom from them, understand that you may receive something unusable with zero recourse.

I have been a long time fan of Epic Sports.. This year alone I have spent over 7k alone on uniforms, equipment, and I had recently bought 2 full sized goals.
Before this I would have said 10/10, always wonderful... HOWEVER they have changed their customer service to online/text/email support only... This was also the same time I ordered 2 full size goals with a cost of 4k for the order... I had a HORRIBLE experience with the chat and the email customer service. I spoke to three different people each was not helpful and had me fill out a form or send an email to the other ones, which no actual support being given.
In the end I was promised that I would be scheduling and coordinating delivery of the goals I ordered, however they refused to call me, refused to have a manager call me... did not give me the shipper info- in fact they stated that the shipper was not assigned yet and that some one would contact me.. and I have a scheduled delivery on the site for 4/3 -
This NEVER happened and my 4k purchase was not only just dropped and left outside - but it was dropped and left broken a school storge unit and comprised a handicap parking area. I found out because the employees at the school came across it while walking after church on Sunday 3/29..
Very Very sadly I will not be using this company anymore. The changes in customer service and the lack of respect or care for the costs or fund and then the belongings has made as all so upset we are just going to source another location for any and all other items will need in the future.

The color is cream/butter yellow, not Vegas Gold. I reached out the day it arrived and was told a refund was requested. Then the next day I was told my lighting must be off and the vender stated it was their "standard" for Vegas Gold therefore no refund. I have had to file a claim with my credit card. Also - it was delivered over a week later than estimated.
