Great Service!

Great service

Booking process was simple and electrician was great. Unfortunately I was unable to be there at the time so he was really patient whilst we tried to set it up and run checks remotely.

Excellent service

Insurance claim, Epr was company arranged to disconnect my underfloor heating, to make it safe before work starts. Can't believe how well this has been arranged. Never had such excellent service, I'm sorry I don't know the young gentleman's name, I should have asked, but you will know, What a lovely young man, very polite and nice, a credit to EPR. Thank you,

Excellent service from all

From reporting fault, through to the friendly electrician who came to check and resolved the issue, I have no complaints at all. I was always kept in the loop about dates and timings throughout. Electrician on the day was very good, polite, professional, helpful and a credit to the company. Well done everyone involved with my issue, I couldn't have asked for any better.

Great response and service.

EPR are extremely efficient and understanding towards customers needs. I recently had a major flooding incident at my property and my insurance arranged for them to visit and isolate my electric supply within hours of the call. They provided an alternative supply for another contractor to install drying equipment to begin the long process of the repairs.

The engineer that came was new to the company but showed compassion and consideration to our needs and situation.

Excellent Service

Excellent Service – Highly Recommended!

I recently had an issue with my Easee EV charger and contacted them for help. From the start, the communication was clear and prompt. The engineer Asif arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the fault, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.

Not only was the repair carried out efficiently and professionally, but Asif also made sure the system was fully tested and safe before leaving. His knowledge of the Easee charger system was impressive, and he even gave me helpful tips for future use and maintenance.

A friendly, skilled, and trustworthy professional – I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing EV charger repairs or servicing.
