Excellent Company

Engineer excellent and the replacement charger and Wi-Fi connection are all good. You have to be careful which charger you select but Smart Home Charge are an excellent company to deal with.

Fantastic response time

Fantastic response time. Came within the allotted time and days earlier than I was expecting. The technician was very pleasant and explained everything he was doing. He put my mind at ease as I was worried following the water leak I had.

The guy was polite and all smiles but NOTHING was done!

I don't know where to even begin as there was no work carried out on arrival. I mean just mere inspections which was already done by a previous engineer even though he left out downstairs toilet light( drenched in water)but was spotted by the engineer who came in today. Yes due to a burst pipe,which affected the electricity downstairs via flooding,I expected THINGS to get moving. It's been almost two weeks since it happened and nothing has been really done at my home except inspections which tend to slow things down . The engineer showed up between the time allocated and seemed nice but no work was carried out even though we expected WORK to have commenced by TODAY - reason for a 3 star. Hopefully my insurance company will speed things up to get things up and running so we can get our lives back. Thank you!

A happy customer

Simon arrived he was very polite and very efficient. He did his testing found out the problem and isolated the light until they dry out. All in all a good bloke who can bo his job. 10/10

The team arrived and explained everything. They were polite, tidy and the job was fine quickly. I'd highly recommend this series. Made easy from start to finish and excellent value for money

Steve arrived on time and was courteous…

Steve arrived on time and was courteous and communicated well. Explaining procedure and asking questions about location of unit. Clean and tidy installation. It’s just sad he had to rectify the work carried out by previous engineer.
