If you want a fast ISA Subscription transfer of shares then be advised EQI are considerably slow. Their SLA is 10 days but you will be lucky if they manage that and seem to find it ok to adjust their SLA's whenever they please. Everything is "unpresecdented" these days no matter what you want done

Easy to open account as well as transfer shares into the EQi ISA from another broker. Some forms needed a wet signature which is a little bit inconvenient this day and age but the requests were swiftly actioned.

SHOCKING
I have used Equinity for around 18 years and their service has never been worse.
The automated security system can not hear what you are saying. Then you're transferred to a person who cant get a transfer from a current account into the Equinity account. Barclays says that EQI never requested money from them any of the 3 attempts I have made (Do you see the irony? I'm tyring to add funds to my EQI acocunt and it isn't working...)
Then the bloke on the phone admits "we changed the payment system (Which used to work fine) and now - all this trouble..."
I've had the following issues with EQI in the last three years:
Cant log in (My PIN no. has never changed) but a glitch in their system keeps asking for the same number from mu PIN but it never works
They dont action on requests
Takes 20 mins to reach a person
Cant fund the account
Cant find the receipts I need on their website because their email system DELETES the emails after a fixed period of time (You cant make this up)
All in all, EQI has become a train wreck. Go anywhere else.

I have been calling Eqi for a few days now, at one point waiting time was more than 45min and still not managed to get through. I saw they had online chat available and Liam provided excellent customer service. Thanks to Liam all my issues have been resolved.

Whilst the wait time on the call was way too much Roger once he came on made the whole call very effective not just answering the queries but importantly adding value and helping with step by step to ensure my underlying problem had solutions and a plan of action. Excellent advisor. Eqi is lucky to have him.

I had to fill in a few forms and was struggling with where to find them and with some of the information I needed. The lady stayed on the phone for some time directing me to the correct forms on the different websites and checking what information I was unsure about. Excellent service !

Appalling service, i have sent numerous messages with instructions re moving some shares and they still haven’t been actioned. My secure message function stopped working and I couldn’t send any messages and no explanation was given why. I am still waiting nearly a month on for my instructions to be actioned.

Opened an account on Fri, no email confirming so called today to speak to them. Whilst waiting 20 mins on someone answering I decided to checkout Trustpilot reviews and found the results worrying. Hung up and will look elsewhere.

Every single time I try to log in I get the following message "We appear to have a problem at this time, please try again. If this persists please call Customer Services."
Multiple devices and multiple browsers, out of the last 15 attempts I actually managed to log in once. As soon as I managed to log in again I'm selling and closing this account.
Shocking cannot even have a web site you cannot log into, how can you look after my finances.
