Excellent customer experience
Excellent customer experience. Had to redirect to a different country due to my own mistake, which was not possible with the transporter. Got a polite and helpful response within hours with a cancelation + prepared cart for re-order.
Really like the designs too.

I ordered a sweater for my best…
I ordered a sweater for my best friend's birthday, and she was over the moon. She loved the butterfly, but even more the fact that it was also discrete (like it's not obvious at first sight that it is the pan flag).
Even though there was some delay with the shipping (I'm from Paris), equality threads sent us a kind message to apologize, and I received my order pretty quickly after.
Anyway, I will reorder without any hesitation.

Good quality, long distance
The quality of the product is great and I'm happy to support such a beautiful brand. My only complaint is the delay in the delivery of around 20 days, which I assume is due to the long distance that the package had to make all the way to Spain. Anyway, thanks for everything!
