Thapiso is the best

Thapiso is the best! He saved my day to be honest. I had an issue changing my phone number activating my card, he was really patient with me and was super nice and supportive. I would give him 100000 stars. Thank you very much

Great Customer Service!

No wait time to get through to the help desk and great support from Thapiso when I did. Solved my query and followed up with an email with relevant information to help if the same problem occurs in the future

Great assistance when required

I was very grateful for the way the Equals employee Ethan, very patiently worked his way through several issues which were cropping up in trying to activate all our users on the new system. It took over an hour of patient attempts but we got there! & hopefully all will go smoothly now as before. The access to personal contact was good & I didn’t have to wait long before getting through.
