I opened a Account Frozen Without Warning — Unacceptable Treatment, Equals Money
I opened a business account with Equals Money, but they froze my account without notice, leaving me completely in the dark and unable to access my business funds. After weeks of no clear communication, they decided to close my account without giving any reason.
This experience has caused serious disruption to my business. Transparency and communication were completely lacking throughout the process.
Be very careful when choosing this bank — my experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

What an absolute joke of a bank. AML checks gone mad! They're still holding my partners business money for checks 21 days and the lack of communication and transparency is boarder line criminal. The stress it causing us as a business and family is unbelievable!!! Do not use them if you have a small business to run and haven't got a large income and you value your sanity the lack of customer services and total incompetence is off the scales.
