Great coats and lovely customer experience. I had made a mistake on my order regarding delivery and they sorted it out immediately and even sent my order out early without extra cost....really nice. Thank you Equidry!
This is how customer service should be done!
I received an Equidry for Xmas but unfortunately one of the side zips broke. I emailed and Becca was extremely helpful, having it collected and repaired for me. The repair wasn’t quite as expected so she offered a full refund. I then purchased a replacement (one I can put my business logo on) and one for my daughter as well. This is how customer service should be done.

AMAZING
My daughter, mother and self all have the equidry and don’t know how we managed without them. Warm, dry what more do you need in winter and Equidry performs. I’m now looking at buying the Mac for warmer wet weather but waiting just now to see if they bring out other colours?

I was kept updated via emails on the journey of my jacket. Product arrived when it said it would , so far so good! The jacket itself is good quality and I am happy with it. Mine was on preorder so I had to wait a little longer, it wasn’t my first choice of colour (all of the others were out of stock) but I was glad to be able to get one. The only reason this review is 4 stars is simply because of the stock issue and it not being my first choice but other than that really happy

Brilliant Customer Service
DPD managed to misplace a Christmas Parcel not just once, but twice. Up stepped Becca and the team and a replcement was sent overnight without any hesitation.
The coat itself has yet to be tested in anger, but looks to be a proper quality job for nasty weather.
Finally fully refunded
**Update 231222 Very soon after posting on Trust Pilot Equidry got in contact and have now refunded the postage. Thank you Trust Pilot and Equidry**
Equidry make it clear on their return form if one of their products has a fault to forward proof of postage costs which I did via email. I paid over £10 for return postage for tracked service which is what they recommended and they did refund purchase price but not postage. No telephone number on website to contact them and they are very selective over what emails to respond to and certainly didn't to mine when sent proof of postage costs or request for refund on postage when the initial refund for purchase came through. No response on social media comment on FB either. Was going to re-order in the New Year as well but this experience has made me think twice. Equidry if you aren't going to refund for faulty product return then take that info off your returns forms so not to mislead customers!
Terrible customer service. Such a disappointment.

Totally ignore all messages this company is a joke quick enough to take nearly £400 can even be bothered to reply to email ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING will be spending the rest of my day leaving reviews on every website I can. YOU ARE WORTHLESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE NON EXISTENT. How about replying to my original email I sent you 3 weeks ago and you have stopped replying on face book aswel….contact your customer service team 😂😂😂 that’s why you got this review in the first place. THAY DONT REPLY
