Continuing shocking customer service
I have been trying to get an exchange for my Equidry bought at the beginning of Winter for months now and have had a single response from the company. Having asked around I realise I am not alone in getting really bad customer service and when I asked a major saddlery store they said ‘yes, they can’t even keep up with demand’ . While this says good things about the product what about existing customers? I am really upset and annoyed as I’d like to be positive, but this isn’t a cheap item and ai feel utterly ignored and as ai can’t contact a person, plainly my negative experience is of no concern to the company.

We always welcome feedback whether it be positive or negative as this helps us to continually develop however I feel this is a very unfair review regarding the circumstances. You initially contacted us in December 2022 and were responded to in December regarding your query. It then took you from December to March to reply to our correspondence, we understand from what you have told us this was for personal reasons and have taken this in to account. This email was responded to and we didn't hear anymore until May when you advised you had not received our response. Your last email was responded to the day before this review was left. I have tried to contact you by telephone today and had a short conversation with yourself where it was agreed I would call you back in half an hour. I have attempted to call back as arranged during out first telephone conversation and have been sent to your voicemail several times. We have tried over and over again to help resolve your query for you and have found it very difficult to keep an on going communication. To then leave a review advising you have not any communication from us is completely unfounded. Our customers are everything to us and we work extremely to ensure we provide the best customer experience possible to both new and existing customers. We would really love to get this resolved for you so please contact us on 01271 626197 at your earliest convenience so we can chat it through and come to a positive outcome. Best wishes, Becca
