On average for the past 14 months, we have lacked elevator service not less than 2 days each month; and for the past 28 days We have lacked elevator service on 7 of those days

It’s a great place to live near shopping and restaurants.. well maintained. Enjoyed my time there but it’s time to buy and I was able to purchase a condo and will miss the wonderful office staff . Thanks

City Pointe is a great place to live. The property is always clean there is never a problem with parking which is usually a problem every other property in Orange county. The units are up to date with nice flooring and countertops and the staff is always a pleasure to deal with.

Great apartments and facilities, helpful team with little problems during our stay.

I have loved living here so far. Maintenance is always quick to help out and fix things.

We have been living in the Calvert Woodley community for almost 10 years, which we have truly enjoyed, of course we have had some issues during this period but we have always worked out reasonable solutions.

I've on been here a couple of months but so far my experience has been really good.

I absolutely love living here. My only complaint is that the heated pool isn’t always heated. I’ve talked to the property manager and she had it fixed immediately.

this is a terrific place to live - and the management staff is professional and responsive; the maintenance staff is hardworking and extremely diligent in taking care of residents needs.

Everything is going great! One thing that notice is that when I place a maintenance ticket with maintenance, it takes 2-3 calls to get someone over to fix the problem. But again, when I call front desk things happen pretty fast.

I just have never found a community--much less an apartment building--with such character and charm. The staff go above and beyond to make the tenants feel like members of a larger whole, and I really cannot think of another building in which I wish to call home. Without the tireless work of Dereka and her incredible staff--Catherine, Regina, etc.--I feel as though this great place would lose its magic. Five stars.

In general I think the complex is a relatively good option for those looking for a place in Redwood Shores. My main pain points have been as follows:

1) For the 3 years I’ve lived here, half of my garage has been filled with construction equipment and old appliances

2) After our first year here property management tried to increase our rent by more than comparable apartments at the same complex ($100s of dollars more). To their credit they fixed the issue when we pointed it out but if we hadn’t looked into this we would be out over $1000

3) The pool area has been under construction off and on for 2 years. The pool was one of the reasons we chose to live here and we rarely get to
