Park Place is in a great location which is a huge draw. The mature landscaping, relaxing and quiet surroundings render a nice sanctuary in the middle of San Mateo. Since the buildings are older, the units can use some upgrades.

I have enjoyed living in the Gallery, Hermosa Beach for 4 years. The building is well maintained and the staff members are friendly and eager to help with any issues residents may have. The location is amazing, 3 blocks from the sands of Hermosa Beach!

Great location; almost everything is within walking distance. However, rent keeps going up and I don't really understand why.

Whenever I have a problem, management is quick to respond and correct it. The staff is friendly and do everything they can to make living here comfortable. It's a beautiful and safe environment.

Decent apartment. The size is nice but the walls are thin. The gym is a really nice perk, as is the pool. There were a bunch of car jackings when I first moved in but they seem to have rectified that issues

The manager and rental staff, along with the maintenance staff are excellent. They are always available and ready to assist and resolve any concerns. I would highly recommend. They take pride in their work.

This is a great apartment residence. There are times that an elevator is inoperable but they are quick to fix it. Also, for the few items I have needed attention to in the apartment, again they are quick to answer the call and a fix is done.
The concierge and rental agent(s) have been very responsive to our needs. Great spot in the city and very close to the metro.

The manager and staff onsite are wonderful and respect your time. Service requests are promptly processed in a professional and efficient manner and property looks well kept.

My boyfriend and I have lived here for a few months now, and we absolutely love it. The leasing team has been helpful from when we first took a tour to anything we've needed since then. The neighborhood is well-kept and pretty quiet, but it might be louder in summer with the kids. Overall, it's well worth it.

My stay at Skycrest has been very good. I’ve found the completion of service requests to be the best out of the several communities I have lived. The community is quiet and well kept. I would recommend Skycrest to my friends.

I've been living at Pegasus for 10 months now and I love being a part of the community. Equity Residential provides an excellent service, very nice staff, quick response times and maintenance and they do all they can do to solve your day to day problems.

This is advertised as a full service building and it really does supply all the services one could ask for.
