After researching eye clinics for Trifocal lense replacement and pricing for over two years, I decided to go with Era Göz in Antalya—and I’m so glad I did.
From start to finish, the attention to detail has been outstanding. Everything was organised seamlessly, including airport pickup and transfers between the hotel and clinic for all appointments and procedures, which made the whole experience completely stress-free.
The clinic itself is very clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. I felt well looked after at every stage. My surgeon, Dr. Selim, was excellent and inspired total confidence throughout.
My treatment was carried out over three days: one eye on Monday, the second eye on Tuesday, and a final check-up on Wednesday. Everything went smoothly, and I was reassured throughout.
What really impressed me was how quickly I noticed improvements. Just two days after surgery, my vision was already better than it had been with glasses. Since then, it has continued to improve steadily. I’m now four and a half weeks post-surgery, and my vision is already better than it has been for many years.
I understand that trifocal lens replacement is a gradual process, with vision continuing to improve over three to six months, so I know I’m still in the early stages—but even now, the results are amazing.
I’m genuinely delighted with the outcome and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Era Göz to anyone considering this procedure.

I booked to get the lenses in my eyes corrected . I needed the procedure as without glasses I struggled using my phone and laptop doing texts and emails generally my eyesight was reasonable . I attended the hospital and was greeted by Hakan who was. to be my chaperone throughout all the different checks and tests that were needed . Once all checks were completed Hakan accompanied me to the operating room on day 1 for my right eye . Everything went incredibly well and I was dealt with with total professionalism . Tuesday was left eye day which was quick and painless as the previous day . I was collected each time from the hotel and returned after . I had one more visit afterwards to get a sight test . I recorded 100% vision both near and far . I now can text , email and see everything perfectly. It is totally worth doing , money well spent . The service given was absolutely top drawer I can’t recommend the Era Güz Hospital enough and of course Hakan . Thank you to all involved 😀

I can’t praise the team at Era Göz Eye Hospital enough. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The highly professional staff, led by the incredibly skilled and caring surgeon Op. Dr. Özgür Kara, gave me full confidence from the very first moment. They were 100% honest about both advantages and disadvantages – no sales pressure at all, just clear and trustworthy medical guidance.

I had ZERO pain during or after the procedure. Already the next day I could see clearly at distance, and the day after that I could read without glasses for the first time in over ten years. It’s an unbelievable feeling.

The package included a first-class hotel and private transportation to/from the airport and hospital. Everything was seamless, safe and surprisingly luxurious.

I did very thorough research beforehand, and Era Göz came out on top in every category: quality, price, reviews, and overall safety. I actually saved a large amount compared to Norwegian prices – without compromising on quality.

Funny detail: even the dentist I used in Antalya (another very honest and professional clinic) strongly recommended Era Göz – without knowing I had already booked them!

This has been a life-changing experience for me. I literally see the world with new eyes.

I've just had tri focul lenses put in at this hospital and I can confirm my experience all the way through from start to finish was 5☆ we were looked after by Hakan who explained everything in detail to us and supported us every step of the way he is an asset to the clinic.I did a lot of research regarding g which clinic to go to and we are pleased we chose Era Goz .Now 3 days later after our surgery we both have perfect eye sight it really is amazing to be able to see again in detail both near and far.You need to purchase your drops to go home with and must keep yo the strict regime of taking them for a month after to ensure you have no problems but I can assure you we both think it's the best thing we've done at a fraction of the cost it would be in UK.If your thinking of this eye surgery I can recommend this clinic they and Hakan have been fabulous .

My husband had toric lens replacement on Monday 3rd November. I had extensive tests done as my husband did before his surgery. However, I wasn't able to have surgery. I have a severe lazy eye & I need vary focal glasses for my other eye. I have MS & the optician advised against surgery as it probably won't work for me.
By the evening of Monday after surgery, my husbands distance vision was crystal clear & by the next morning he could read his phone. Back to the hospital on Tuesday. The optician said that is was good that his vision was so good as it can take a while for the lens replacement to settle. Back to the hospital on Wednesday for a final check up. Everything was perfect.
We had booked our own hotel. However the hotel we picked was nowhere close to what we expected. We had our teeth done in January 2024 & was in a fabulous 5* hotel. So we decided to change to the Grand Park Lara. The hospital provided the transfer. Our interpreter Hakan & all the staff looked after both of us so well. Excellent just like all the other staff. Highly recommend this hospital

Totally professional from the first contact and throughout to my transfer to the airport home. I had trifocal lens replacement and upper bleph. They had luxury transport to transfer me to my accommodation when I arrived and remained consistent for each appointment. Staff in the clinic were amazing as were the surgeons who carried out each procedure. I really can’t recommend this clinic highly enough. If I could give 10 stars it really wouldn’t be enough. Absolutely amazing from beginning to end. I’m so so happy with both procedures. No more glasses and my son says I look 20 years younger after the upper bleph. What’s not to love. I did a lot of research and based on price yet quality trifocal lenses and reviews I chose Era Goz

I spoke to Hakan who was our coordinator / translator and he was there for us 24/7 to reassure and guide us through the whole process and answer all our questions.

Our Dr was Dr Ali who was marvellous, I asked him to talk to me while he did the procedure which was great and I now know his life story which was fascinating.

The procedure was a bit uncomfortable but certainly no pain at all and I could read small print right away when I took the bandage off for a peek my partner had his done the same time and whilst I only needed glasses for reading it has completely changed his life,

It was my birthday and teased about hoping for a party at the clinic but it was just a joke I didn’t really expect anything but imagine our surprise when Hakan and the driver came in with a cake with sparklers on.

Since being home our eyes have improved day by day and it feels like my new bionic power, Hakan has still been there answer any questions, he’s just at the end of a WhatsApp message and answers right away most times, you wont get that support and certainly not price in the UK.

I had asked Eragoz if they can do latral tarsal strip surgery because I have lower eyelid retraction and was told yes. I travelled to Antalya and was mocked because of my facial difference, whilst the cameraman was taking pictures.

Whilst on the table, I was in so much pain. I wasn’t aware I was going under local anaesthesia instead of general. I could feel a lot of the surgery whilst it was happening. I got a comment from one of the surgeons saying I shouldn’t look at him, and I remember the main surgeon getting annoyed because I was in pain, and he threatened to stop it. I was just in so much shock.

After I got back home, I saw the retraction was still present, and nothing had improved. I’ve now seen a surgeon and been informed I now have entropion.

I also have a painful, stabbing pain in my eye, and a sharp suture sticking out of my eye. I asked for advice and was ignored. They just want your money. Beware.

Ameliyat masasında çok fazla acı çekiyordum. Genel anestezi yerine lokal anestezi uygulanacağını farkında değildim. Ameliyat sırasında pek çok şeyi hissedebiliyordum. Cerrahlardan biri bana “bana bakma” dedi ve ana cerrah, acı çektiğim için sinirlendi. Ameliyatı durdurmakla tehdit etti. Büyük bir şok içindeydim.

Eve döndükten sonra retraksiyonun hâlâ devam ettiğini ve hiçbir iyileşme olmadığını gördüm. Şimdi başka bir cerrahla görüştüm ve bana entropion (göz kapağının içe dönmesi) teşhisi kondu.

Ayrıca gözümde keskin, batıcı bir ağrı var ve gözümden çıkan sivri bir dikiş hissediyorum. Tavsiye almak için sordum ama görmezden gelindim. Sadece paranızı istiyorlar. Dikkat edin.

From start to finish, my experience with ERA GOZ Eye Clinic Hospital was outstanding.

When I arrived at the airport, a private taxi was already waiting for me. I was taken straight to my hotel, and on the day of my surgery, another private taxi collected me and brought me to the hospital. The hospital itself is very clean, modern, and state-of-the-art.

I had one eye treated on Monday and the other on Tuesday. Both procedures were completely pain-free. I returned on Wednesday for a check-up, and everything was fine. I was prescribed several eye drops to use for a month, with clear instructions for my recovery.

Even my journey home was taken care of — the clinic arranged a private taxi to collect me from the hotel at 5:00 am to make sure I got back to the airport in good time for my flight.

The service, care, professionalism, and attention to detail I received were excellent from beginning to end. The price was also unbeatable, and I am very, very happy with everything.

I highly recommend ERA GOZ Eye Clinic Hospital to anyone considering eye treatment.

I'm dubious about reviews, but after lots of research on a few hospital options, Eragoz, I'm grateful was the perfect choice. 73% cheaper than UK, I couldn't believe it, I'm still in shock & very happy.

I had eye lens replacement & eyelid surgery & everything was amazing. I was nervous but every step was so relaxing considering it's my eyes. Awake & pain free, 1st eye done i could read my messages without glassess nearly straight away, 2nd eye done next day🙏 20 yrs of glasses I no longer need at all, im so happy.

Hakan whom I was in contact with replied quickly 24/7. When I met him he was so nice, supportive & knowledgeable. All the staff were the friendliest & really professional. The hospital was the cleanest I've ever seen.
The communication with the surgeon through out the procedure was amazing, they did everything to help me relax.

Another local patient hugged me, this let the other lady workers see I was up for hugs & I recieved so many hugs It brought a tear of happiness. I've experienced hospitals in the Carribean, Latin America, Europe & had few surgeries over time in UK & this was the best experience in a hospital I've ever had.

I'm sharing this with every person wearing glasses I see now, it feels like a miracle I don't need my glasses, I'd recommend Eragoz to everyone.

Oh i was also concerned where I'd stay, but they put you in an amazing hotel with pool, bar, breakfast, cleanest & comfortabliest, across the road from beach near lots of shops, the drivers they provide are proffessional & punctual, every part of trip was 100/100

Very caring people. I had the Best surgeon. Made me feel very comfortable. They always replied to my text. They always communicate with me, even if it is 3am in the morning. Very hard working staffs. Nice hotel. I had very Cheap price. I had my lasik eye surgery done with them. Risk free. Nothingto complain. Nice helpful staff on the hotel too. They are the best people I had chance to meet. What can I say apart from thank you so much is can't believe the results from day one the correspondence to first eye operated on then next day perfect vision and then the other just wish I had done this years ago these are by far in my opinion the eye specialists for any work being done so professional in every way

I actually did a review and for some reason it gave 4 star when I gave it a 5 star. I most definitely recommend Era Goz, from the treatment to all the staff I can’t fault, even the hotel I was put in ( forgot the name) absolutely amazing . Have to say the manager Aisha absolutely so very attentive, it’s like being a part of a family, she even cooked food for me, salmon and it was lush. So if you’re considering having eye surgery this is definitely the place to go, trust me you will thank me .

After almost 8 weeks after trifocal lens replacement I can provide an update.

I had my regular eye health check at Boots Opticians, I have 20/20 vision both eyes and N5 close up vision.

The Boots Ophthalmologist, carried out a very thorough eye examination and commented:

Both eyes had healed up perfectly, he was impressed by the surgery carried out by Dr Ali.

Overall he was very impressed with the operation and Trifocal lens replacement, results.

Overall I am very happy with the whole experience and results.

One thing you may wish to consider if thinking of having Trifocal Lens replacement surgery, is upgrading the lens to the anti glare lens.

I had the Clareon Panoptix lens fitted which is fine and one of the best on the market.

That is my 8 week update, just to let you know how I was getting on after 8 weeks surgery, hope this helps.

Both my wife and sister had their laser surgery done here last year. They were advised to go for the non touch. When we visited the doctor they described exactly what the recovery process would be - which is quite painful initially and then sensitive for a few weeks after. They both knew what they were in for and the recovery after was great. A year down the line and everything is fine. The place was professional and efficient.

After over 10 years of wearing glasses I decided to look into surgery , when I contacted Era-Göz they decided tri-focal was the way if I no longer wanted glasses, I’d looked at this in the Uk and to be honest couldn’t afford 1eye let alone both, when I was told the price and artillery for the procedure it sounded too good to be true , but they delivered on everything it’s been a week now and it’s changed my life ..
