I have just returned to the UK from Erdem Hospital after having a breast lift and tummy tuck with Dr Kadir Tasasiz. He was very professional and listened to all of my queries and concerns. Put me at ease and I am amazed at how he has transformed my body, I am so so thankful!
The whole process was smooth, my medical consultant Omar was fantastic and always there to answer any questions big or small anytime of the day which was so reassuring.
My time at the hospital was some of the best care I have received, my translator Mohammed was so kind, clear and professional throughout. All of the nurses were all so sweet and efficient despite the language barrier I felt so safe and accommodated for. I highly recommend Erdem Hospital and I will be returning in the near future.

Hair transplant at Erdem
I traveled to Erdem, from Canada
in April of 2025. I had a full body health check and a 3800 graft hair transplant done. The staff were fantastic (English for some could be better) but amazing overall. Once payment is received, you are treated VERY well. I chose Erdem for my hair transplant because it’s an actual hospital and not just a clinic, as well as the bond I formed with my consultant Khaled, and I also researched the doctor who’s English was excellent and she was very caring. She had recently moved from a busier clinic and her team came with her. This was not like those super busy clinics where they do 30 transplants in a day. It was just myself and one other gentleman that day. The aftercare instructions were very clear and a great kit was provided. The hotel and transportation were excellent (breakfast buffet second to none) and the staff were amazing, going as far to carry my stuff and help me back to my room and not looking for a tip. Overall an excellent experience. I’m currently 4 months post hair transplant surgery and entering the growth stage quite nicely. I would definitely recommend Erdem Hospital. Steve from Canada

Once you've paid them they ignore you.
My wife went here for a gastric reduction operation. When she was there everything was great. They were polite, caring and conscientious. After returning home they emailed her for a few weeks and kept up with her recovery. However, after a time, they stopped responding to communications until they were completely ignoring all her emails. She had planned to go back for a loose tissue removal procedure but the surgeon who would've performed that was, quite frankly, offensive to her. His comments also suggested he didn't think his colleague (who performed the first procedure) had made a very good job of it.
In short, these guys will take your money, smile to your face, then send you home and forget they ever met you. From the perspective of a patient who is hoping for a complete service. These money-grabbers are certainly best avoided.

I returned after 2 and a half years…
I returned after 2 and a half years from the first intervention with a single problem and I was amazed that everything is like the first time. The staff is very kind and helpful and I can't stop talking about the clinic, how much professionalism and seriousness they show. I recommend ERDEM without any hesitation from A to Z, everything is professional. I thank from the bottom of my heart Dr. Seyma Ilgaz, an extraordinary doctor. My experience
The hospital was very clean and tidy. The staff were welcoming and paid attention to our needs. The clinical services from the day of arrival, the day of surgery, post operation and the day of discharge were all great. The surgeon was friendly and consistently check on me post operation. The hotel they put us in after discharge was also chef kiss.

On the 7th of January I flew from Dubai…
On the 7th of January I flew from Dubai to Turkey to make my breast smaller and lifted, and to make a Foxy eyes. My surgery was on 8th but the girl that should have been my translator (Funda) didn't came, while the doctors or nurses were not talking English. Instead of doing the Foxy eyes surgery as we spoke (and as I paid) the doctor Faith did just a inferior blefaro. I didn't said anything, I was very happy with how my boobs were looking. After some months, my boobs became super saggy and down, now they look almost like before the operation. They are not smaller, they are not lifted and they are not having a good shape at all. They look just like 2 bags. I don't understand what happened, but 6 weeks ago I contacted again Funda asking her to speak with the doctors and fix at least my boobs, cause I will be in Romania for the summer and would be easy for me to fly. She didn't responded me for 2-3 weeks, after I started talking left and right she contacted me that someone from the hospital will write me. They contacted me right before my departure back to Dubai, making it impossible for me to fly again in Istanbul for another surgery.

And the nurses from the hospital...nobody speaks English or cares about you. One night I asked ice for 6 times, I even contacted through message that girl, Funda, telling her what happened, and she told me that she will be there the next day to help me and never arrived. Till this day, I never saw that girl
I spent 13.000 AED on the flight and around 6k Euro on 2 surgeries that both went bad
I don't recommend it at all

Wonderful experience and services throughout my journey from beginning to the end. I had surgery before in turkey went well also but this time was a unique. I strongly recommend Erdem hospital to whoever thinking to go to turkey in the future for facelift. . First will feel yourself at home plus the staff will treat you with great respect to the point that I wanted to stay more with them and missed them like my family when leaving the hospital.
