Quick delivery (much faster than what was written on the website). I also immediately got reply by customer service regarding my question. I’m happy with my purchase and buy from ergobaby again!

This company is the worst to buy from. They’ve never delivered my order, and when I complained, they blamed the courier. However, I could see on the tracking that the courier was waiting for confirmation to pick up the parcel. There’s no customer service, and you have to communicate via email, which they only respond to when prompted.

They responded to my query promptly and the product I needed was delivered very quickly

The mesh material of this product should be avoided as it’s not too firm and does not hold the baby as the original material does. Costs way more than it’s worth

Highly recommend the carrier too (omni deluxe in linen)! The linen i personally like more than the mesh version as just feels like a bit nicer fabric so softer for bubs while still being breathable

The website I used to buy baby carrier is pathetic. The product screen shows OMNI20 discount applies on product but on checkout code is invalid. Same for other coupons price is increased by same amount for what is subtracted as discount keeping total amount same.
Such a shame for a company which boasts best product of 2025 does not have a proper stable website. Products also too shady, for example they have 'Omni Breeze' also they have 'Ergobaby Omni Breeze' this confuses if they are same product or not.

Ergobaby has been fantastic, we recently bought the ergo omni deluxe and it’s way better than all the baby carriers we have had. The fabric quality is excellent, It looks amazing, it feels very light on your body, we can now back carry, front carry facing in and out, we have pockets for keys and phones and most importantly baby feels very safe, baby is extremely happy and comfortable in there. You can tell they had both parents and babies in mind when they designed it, The only tiny tiny negative is I wish the instruction manual was easier to hold and to understand, I’m still struggling a bit with adjustments. I have been using the ergo for a couple of weeks now so I’m just hoping that it will last me a lifetime but yeah I couldn’t recommend it more.

This is best baby wrap I’ve had. So happy I purchased. I use it daily for walks with my baby. Delivery was straight forward and no issues.
