The instalment was great
The instalment went well the workers where nice and explained well how to use the equipment. The only thing was that it took almost a week for them to come so I was without a desk for a while

Kevin is a legend, his decades of experience in bespoke furniture and with Osmond was evident in how he set up the entire workstation. Had an excellent experience from start to finish. Kevin Webb came to conduct an assessment of my workspace and recommended a chair which was swiftly delivered by Martin who patiently showed me what all the levers etc did and how to adjust it. Would highly recommend.

Excellent office chair, delivery and installation
Ordered a personalised and adjustable office chair from Osmond Ergonomics and received excellent service; good communication all the way. The chair was built and delivered well before the 6 week projection.
Martin Webb delivered and installed it at my home, what a helpful, lovely, person! Patiently took the time to explain everything to me, taught me how to adjust it and what to check for if something doesn't work.
The chair is built with my measurements and is very solid, I like it very much!
I thoroughly recommend this company, my occupational therapist recommended them to me.

The ergonomic keyboard had a lead time…
The ergonomic keyboard had a lead time of 2-4 weeks but the order was shipped promptly (4 days) with amazing communication from customer service and in ideal condition, it was indeed a great experience. The Kinesis Advantage2 keyboard itself is great, very good wrist support with hand wells perfectly designed and can take a while to adjust but still great for typing

All aspects of Osmond Ergonomics and all dealings with them have been extremely positive: professional, punctual and very efficient. Martin delivered all my daughter's equipment and set it all up for her, taking the time to answer all her questions and ensuring she understood the equipment and what to do if she had any questions once he'd left. Fantastic service
Fantastic service. After my chair was installed, Martin (who installed the chair), identified that the gas strut was too small and came back a month later to replace it.
After that was done it turned out the gas strut was faulty, Osmond Ergnomics took no time sourcing a replacement and sending Martin back down to fix the issue. 3rd time lucky hopefully!
Most importantly the service throughout has been exquisite and really appreciate Martin coming extremely early due to me having work.

Great product
Great product. Took a week or two to get my hands set on this keyboard. Totally worth it, my hands are super comfortable now.
The only con is office desk setup, I have to buy another kinesis Advantage2 for work location and it’s quite expensive.
