Chris was my consultant
Chris was my consultant, and I can honestly say I couldn't ask for a better adviser. He was professional, knowledgable and very invested in what I needed. His clear approach was refreshing, and he explained the options very clearly. I wasn't sure what I would need, but he was great at explaining my options and poiting out the pros and cons of each option which allowed me to make an informed decision. If I could, I'd give Chris 6 stars!

Order Lost
Placed an order - item out of stock.
Didn't get notified when back in stock - original order expired, so had to order a second time.
They then lost my payment details on the second order so had to do that twice.
Item eventually arrived , that is a good bit of kit
got there in the end

Great service installing my new desk
Martin was on time, fast to assemble my desk. He gave instructions, helped me set up the desk for my specific needs and gave advice on how I could better use my chair.
The desk is perfect, well built and I am very pleased.

Excellent company, knowledgeable and efficient
Osmond Ergonomics were efficient, helpful and provided me with an excellent product. Delivery was quicker than quoted and they called to arrange a suitable time and date with me. During the install, I was advised on the correct posture, sitting position, desk and chair height. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use them again should I have a further need.

Kevin, delivered and installed my chair this morning. He explained everything that I needed to know and then took me for a test drive, ensuring I could work all the controls myself, before leaving me in pole position. He also explained about working around the chair to save stretching and/or sitting in awkward positions. A jolly friendly chap who clearly enjoys making sure customers are happy and satisfied.
