Quick and efficient. I sent an email around delivery times of the product I had ordered and recieved a prompt response with accurate information. The product purchased (walking pad) is of good quality and works well, I am very happy with it and with the service that Ergonomist provided I will use again and have recommend to friends.

I bought a pillow off Ergonomist as I have suffered with my neck for a number of years and have bought numerous pillows in the past which were not suitable.
I can honestly say this pillow has worked wonders for me. Waking up with no pain and no migraine. Fabulous buy. Wish I had of been able to buy it many years ago.

Took approx 30 minutes to put together using written/picture instructions that came in the box.

We had looked and tried other stand up electric desks in the shops which were twice the price of this one. Our desk appears to have the same build quality as the ones we viewed.

We are very pleased with our purchase.

Arrived quickly and works perfectly-great colour (pink!). Reasonably easy to move as has wheels but is still fairly heavy though this makes it more stable. Definitely recommend this as it’s great value for what you get and what you paid!

This cushion has helped my coccyx pain enormously! It healed incorrectly after a break 14 years ago and I’ve never been able to sit comfortably. I’ve ordered two cushions so I can work from home comfortably too.

Great company, I bought a walking pad and
this is perfect for me, especially with the non stop rain outside. Compact,
easy to use , it's easy to store/pull out to use. Very quiet belt. Feels
very sturdy.

This chair provides excellent support and yet is light and easy to move
around. It does take 2 people to assemble - one to hold the components
while the other fixes the screws.

We are now 16 days later than my previous review. Still no refund or no collection from Ergonomist….

The customer service is a joke. No urgency to help and no solution.

This is by far the worst company ever I have been in contact with.

I have many times asked for a complaint policy and no response from them.

Amazing so much better than I thought it would be. Had definitely made a difference to my neck pain. Would recommend to anyone suffering with neck pain.

Absolute game changer! Love this walking pad , really quiet and doesn’t take up much room. Getting my steps in while watching tv or when I have a spare half hour with minimum effort! Can’t go wrong!

I am impressed with the way my order was processed, from ordering to receiving the high-quality products, and although I had to return an item, this was addressed with the same level of support and guidance.

Additionally, for the return, I was highly impressed by the continued communication informing me that my refund had been sent, as well as another follow-up email.

Excellent chair in every way….so comfortable and supportive

I bought this chair for my husband who has been suffering with a bad back. He works a lot from home and it’s been a godsend. He felt bad it’s very comfortable and supportive in the lumbar region. We would highly recommend this chair.

Table very easy to set up. Fantastic being able to stand whilst working.

Delivery was fast, I'm now sleeping so much better and love that the pillow stays cool throughout the night. I would highly recommend

I absolutely love this desk. I got it 50% off sale, excellent value for
money. Fairly easy to set up, i did it ok alone. I’m 6ft2 and it is tall
enough for me to work standing. Very stable. I love that you can save 2
heights and adjust at a simple press of a button. All round great table.

Been using this desk a few weeks since my initial review and still love it with no issues. Great value.

I am genuinely shocked at how this has been handled.

I originally ordered a Stride walking pad from Ergonomist. Shortly after ordering, I realised they also offered the Stride Pro, which I preferred. I contacted them and was advised that if I refused delivery, the item could be returned immediately, and they would then happily issue an invoice for the Stride Pro. I was specifically told this could be actioned the same day.

Following their instruction, I refused delivery so the item would go straight back unopened. I updated them the moment the courier driver had left, exactly as advised.

Since then, nothing.

The promised invoice was never sent. The “same day” action never happened. I have now sent multiple emails over a three-day period, none of which have been responded to. My most recent email was again requesting a refund, and that too has received no response.

The item was refused and returned unopened, entirely based on their guidance. They have taken payment from my account. They have the returned goods. And they are simply not replying.

It is unacceptable to hold a customer’s money while ignoring repeated attempts at communication.

What makes this worse is that the customer service was initially responsive and helpful, which makes the complete silence now even more disappointing.

At this point, I am left with no product, no invoice for the upgrade I was promised, and no refund.

Communication costs nothing. Ignoring a paying customer is not acceptable.

I would strongly urge others to consider this before purchasing.

A really natty bit of kit. I love it. I use and store it in my kitchen.
It’s easily moved and set up. The quality of the build is great, solid and robust. The remote is easy to use and again well made.
I chose Ergonomist after extensive research. A big issue is customer support and Ergonomist have great reviews. It’s changed my life. I’ve managed 5km a day
since I bought it. At 67yrs I wanted to improve my health and fitness but
at a pace I could cope with. I set it up, put a programme on the TV and off
I go.
Five weeks later and I haven’t lost my momentum. It’s so easy to set up and store. Ive quickly progressed to 7.5km an hour and can feel the benefit already. Just brilliant thanks Ergonomist.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
The desk arrived with scratches. I put the desk together (which took hours) and it lifted on one side. I followed the instructions to resolve (which involved taking it apart) and it did not resolve. I contacted customer services and followed their instructions. It did not resolve. I have now sent 12 emails to them asking for a return address and label which they continue to refuse to provide, and keep providing the same stupid instructions to fix it - as if I have time to put this desk up and take it down again! Even if the desk worked, it is ugly and poor quality. The customer services are utterly useless to the extent I am now having to issue a claim against them. I now have a huge package stuck in my house and no address to return it to, and they expect me to pay for the return.
