I ordered dip bars that arrived already damaged, with noticeable paint defects and one bar being unstable due to crooked feet. I reported this to customer service immediately. Instead of handling the claim in a straightforward way, I was repeatedly told that the issue must be related to incorrect assembly. This seems highly unlikely, as the parts have pre-drilled holes and can only be assembled in the correct position.

Despite clearly pointing out that the damage was present upon delivery, I was asked several times to provide additional photos and proof. This made the process feel unnecessarily lengthy and not very customer friendly. The support team was polite, but not particularly helpful, as no simple solution was offered.

For a product that arrives damaged, I expect a quick and uncomplicated return process. Unfortunately, this was not my experience.

In light of the seller’s response, I would like to add the following:
A product that arrives with paint damage and bent metal will not become undamaged by assembling it multiple times. Incorrect assembly was not a possible cause in this case. The item was clearly defective upon arrival, yet the seller refused to acknowledge this despite clear evidence. Shifting the responsibility onto the customer now feels like an attempt to present the situation more favorably in hindsight. For me, it is clear that I cannot support such practices, especially since the damage was clearly not caused by me.

A high quality product delivered ahead of schedule, great value for money. Definitely recommend!

Everything was good

I had to pay an unexpected customs fee of £55 added by UPS or they refused deliver the pull up bar. This was not stated at checkout even though I selected I was ordering to the UK. I understand they have no control of customs fees, but they should at least make this clear before purchasing. No discount given.

Nice exercise equipment and good after-sales service. I was missing one part, but it was sent to me immediately. So, I recommend it.

Ordered this bar because our doorframes are too small to put one in there. But I am super happy with the result. The bar is solid and can easily be put under or behind the couch if not in use. Super glad with the purchase.

Great Service, Great Product, Fair Price for great quality.

i got a Problem that 1 Piece doesnt fit right and i could not use my product cause of this. I reached out for the customer service i got an answer 30 mins later. They helped me and sended another piece with screws to me wihtout any Problems. The new piece fits perfect and anything is fine. Even if something is not right Eric Falg will 100% help u to fix anything u have Problems with. Like i said great Service.

I don't give 5 stars because the package arrived broken (the transport company's fault). And after sending me a 10% discount in the two days, you get a promotion with 15%. Otherwise, the vest is very cool and the belt as well.
