Simple and effective
I bought a simple but effective and sturdy rack to perform basically pull-ups and dips, but more demanding calisthenics-like movements. The simple frame is jointed in the right spot to remove efficiently most of the shaking, the overall balance is great, not comparable with fixed indoor or outdoor structures of course, but no pretence in that sense reasonably. Well done Eric Flag brand, good price for good value.

Weighted vest 20kg
I previously had a weighted vest from another brand (starts with Decat, ends with -on)... day and night.
Eric's vest is much more ergonomic, offers many more options for size and weight adjustment, and is very comfortable (for a 20kg vest).
I clearly recommend

Still waiting to recieve after 10 days (Logistics issues)
After 10 days I still waiting to receive the levitate bar. We hope to receive before Christmas, because it is a present for our childs.
After check with Eric Flag, the issue was with the logistic company, and with their help finally we had recieved the present on time.
