The product arrived earlier than anticipated.

The size of the products was very difficult to see the lotion came in such a small pot, and it was barely any lotion very disappointed in my purchase

I have been using erno exclusively since the late 1970s. The past few years I have experienced a dramatic decline in two things:
-availability of the products I like with no acceptable substitute
-most importantly, customer service...

It is just a personal opinion - I do not care for a lot of your packaging.
Molly is the only Customer Service assistant that is patient and explains everything clearly.
I will not call for assistance anymore unless there is a real problem.

Having used Lazslo products since the 1970's I found my recent order of Phetyl soap beyond disappointing. It is a fraction of the size it formally was and did not come with any form of case or tray. After I received the order there were spring 30% special deals as well as free shipping offers. Very chintzy presentation for a prestige skincare line. Very dissatisfied with this purchase

I was ordering a gift certificate on the Best Buy web site and somehow it changed and your name suddenly was on the gift certificate. I thought you must be a department within Best Buy (I had never heard of Erno Laxzlo) so I went ahead and purchased it.
PLEASE CANCEL THE $50 GIFT CERTIFICATE.

In less than six months the lines on my face and neck have been significantly reduced since using the Erno Laszlo products.

Have always used ERNO LASZLO and love the results on my skin. I use the Night cream, Sleep serum etc,etc….

I have used Erno Laszlo since my early 20s (I’m now 70.). I particularly love the active phylitel cream,(affectionatly known as “crisco”)as does my mother. I will always use this wonderful treatment.

You ran out of a great value I wanted to buy, the 3-10 set with ok sizes of serum, eye cream, and face cream.

Have not received my order.
Orders shipped and routed through San Francisco take many weeks.
Asking for a review is annoying.
I love this provider but one never knows when an order is arriving.
