Whenever I order ( refills always as I’ve followed the Laszlo regime for 50 + years) , it comes well packaged and promptly. No fuss no unnecessary back and forth. Actually prefer ordering on line vs going into the store, it simplifies one more thing!

I order products on the phone because it works better for me . I am elderly . Molly helped me . She was gracious , helpful and delightful .

The products arrived quickly. The packaging was secure and lovely. A beautiful gift. Thank you! Now if the phelityl soap size could just be restored to what it used to be. Double the size for less money.

Company has steadily lost its way since current owners took over in 2011. Most of the products that were originally recommended as part of my 'ritual' were either discontinued or drastically re-formulated. The pHelityl eye cream (which was amazing) was my go to eye cream. The packaging also changed (for the worse) - they had had the same classic black / white / marble packaging since the 1930s and now its very generic, more like a drugstore brand. Such a shame that a skincare icon is no more.

(I did read an interview with the new chairman that said they were targeting the brand squarely at the Chinese market - this may explain some of the changes, but not all.)
