Sizing way off

Really gorgeous nails, size guide is however completely off. I ordered the size recommended to me according to my measurements, but I should’ve gone down 1-2 sizes. They’re way too big and I won’t be able to use them. Really disappointed and wish they’d update their size recommendations.

Total dissapointment

I am absolutely dissapointed with their service! I submitted an order on 29th of July, unfortunately faulty,as I added an extra set of ersa nails pro touch kit. I immediately recognised the mistake and tried to modify/cancel my order. There were no options to do this. My only choice was to turn to customer support. I sent them 8 (!!!!) emails from 29th of July until today, 10th of August. It’s totally infuriating that I haven’t received a single reply or apology during this period. Cherry on the top, that they even left out a UV lamp from my order!! At this point I don’t even care about the quality of their products because this experience was so highly dissapointing. I will never buy from them again!

The quality of the nails are great but…

The quality of the nails are great but the glue and the uv stick did not work well together, I waited over an hour for the glue to dry and ended up losing one of my nails in the process. I thought charging the uv stick would work, but it took forever to charge 🙄 ugh I'll just go to the salon, like honestly 😑

Poor after-order experience.

I like the nails, unfortunately the worse after order experience I've ever had, that makes you feel like you've been scammed.
I ordered the nails and received a tracking number within a week, I checked it after a few days and it said the tracking number is wrong and does not exist, so I messaged them, via email and on their tiktok, and they said my order was "delivered" to the Netherlands, I live in Germany. I am still yet to receive my order, they also stopped answering me after that.

Yes thankfully I have received my order now, I love the designs and I like the quality and the convenience, my issue is that I feel stressed out by getting the incorrect tracking number, and when I reached out via email, I didn't get any response.
The glue tablets did not work for me and I lost nails in the first hour of use, but the liquid glue worked nicely, and if the after-order experience were to improve, I would order again.

disappointed

I got my nails after a month of waiting. I understand that it takes some time to deliver packages from the US since I live in Europe, but a month of waiting is not what I expected after paying a lot for shipping. When I finally got them it turned out they’re too small (I precisely measured my own nails before purchasing pressons). I tried reaching out to the company in order to get a refund, no one replied.
Very disappointed, the nails looked very pretty tho

The people who make the designs are…

The people who make the designs are very talented. Although, the sticky tabs are no use at all, for me they were too big and they didn’t stick anything. Also, are a week or two the design starts to ware off. They’re very strong for false nails only if you use a good nail glue.

There's a tip for using sticky tabs. Before applying the nails on, please make sure that the nail bed is dry and filed down. This step is crucial for a strong bond. You can check out this video for a helpful guide: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DCzJiHhvZsQ/ Then, you may use the blow dryer to heat up the sticky tabs for 10 seconds and apply the nails on. This can help it stay longer!

When using sticky tabs, we recommend applying the press-ons at a 45-degree angle and pressing down for about 15 seconds. After application, it's best to avoid any contact with water for at least 2 hours to ensure the tabs adhere properly.

Delay but amazing quality and long-lasting

Even though my order had a massive delay and took a month to get to me. I do absolutely love the nails, they are very good quality and the stickers are very sturdy and make sure they don't fall of easily. After a week of wearing them I already ordered a new set!! And they got shipped the day after ordering.

Terrible customer service

I wish I could review the nails, but I still haven't received them. I ordered a set for a trip almost 2 weeks ago. 2 days after I placed my order, I received an email saying my nails were shipped. Yet, over a week later, USPS and Shop both say awaiting package. Now, it is beyond the 5-8 business day shipping window. I've contacted customer service 3 separate times and dmed them on Instagram and have yet to receive any sort of reply. Not to mention, I live in San Diego. Realistically, since this company is sourced out of LA, shipping for this order should've been a flash. Looking at other reviews, I can see I am far from the only person with this issue. Legitimately disgraceful and incredibly disappointing.

I ordered with 2-5 day shipping for an event weeks ago and they still haven’t arrived almost a month later. I have asked for a refund and to cancel my order multiple times and get a refund.

Solid glue gel is best!

The solid glue gel is incredibly effective. My press ons stayed firmly in place for two whole weeks without any lifting. I am planning to try their solid glue tabs next as they seem more user friendly and easier to apply. So far I am very impressed.

excellent CS support

This is my second order with Ersa Nails, and both times went smoothly. I had a question about sizing and contacted Customer Service. They were professional, friendly, and responded quickly with accurate advice. No issues at all, and the nails looked fabulous every time.

Most beautiful press-on nails

It's been 2 weeks since I have the nails on and it didn't move. I used the ersa magic glue.
My order was delayed by 2 days and I received an email from the team to apologise.
The sizing guide is very helpful and warns you if a shape has a different size.
The quality and design is incredible for each set. I tried different brand but ersa nails is the best.
I would definitely recommend buying from this brand.

Stunning sets

Ordered a set plus solid glue tabs. The nails are SO CUTE, just like the photos!! The tabs stuck well, and their removal pen was superb. nails came off cleanly with no damage at all. Great value, and feels like a much more premium handmade product than mass‑market sets.

Amazing experience

Amazing experience! The nails are perfect and great quality. You can choose from many many design and many glue options! If you have any questions, they're response time is fast and they help with whatever you need! They are at a normal price for the quality and design. Overall I really recommend it !

I still have not received my order

I still have not received my order. I emailed after the 10 day shipping period had passed to see if my order was arriving soon. I still have not received any response email. I am unable to track my parcel with the allocated tracker. This tracker says it still has not received information about the order. I am very disappointed with the customer care as there has been none. The only email I have received from them is this email asking me to review the product I have not even received yet ! I would just like to know if my order is coming or not

Glue gel is excellent...

I tried their solid nail glue gel, and it works fantastic. Following their tutorial strictly meant my polish stayed put for three full weeks without lifting. It’s a bit more involved to apply than adhesive tabs, but the results are unmatched. Definitely recommend it for anyone wanting serious staying power.

UV Light Never Worked!

I ordered the Solid Nail Glue Gel and the Pro Touch Kit Premier but was not able to use them since the LED light did not work. I charged it overnight, used different cables... and nothing. I reached out via email to request a replacement but never got a response. Really wish I could have tried the product.

Perfect gift

Bought a set as a gift for my sister. She loved them!!! These will definitely be on my gifting list from now on. One important note: measure your nail size carefully before ordering, because Ersanails doesn’t accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons.

Worth the wait...

Ordered three sets last month, and due to material shortages, shipping took a bit longer than usual. As someone who runs my own business, I completely understand—it’s unavoidable sometimes. Beautiful & durable

I’ve ordered from Ersa Nails 3 times now, and their press‑ons are absolutely gorgeous and long-lasting. The designs are beautifully detailed and feel like a salon manicure. I didn’t experience any issues. And when I had a small question, their Customer Service responded quickly with a helpful solution. As their business grows, communication is a bit slower—but totally understandable and still acceptable. I’ll keep coming back!
