The towel rack arrived very soon, it was packed in perfect conditions, and we are very satisfied with the purchase.

Service was excellent from start to finish. Delivery was very prompt.
However tracking service could be improved.

The ordering process was very easy and helpful. We have received the product in 48 hours ( in Spain), so we would definitely recommend Hudson Reed.

For some reason the delivery didn't take place as planned. I was claimed not to be available at my apartment, which might be the case, but surely nobody tried to call my mobile (norwegian cell phone).
However, pick-up at DHL in Malaga went smooth.

The radiator had a small dent on one of the vertical sides, but I decided it was too much hazzle to start returning it, getting a new one etc. Packing was a bit substandard as I judge it. Just some plastic with bubble plast in the ends. The damage was on the area with only plastic wrapping.

Not meeting expectations. Ordered online and expected to receive what I bought in my home and it was only delivered to the front door of the building, not delivered to my flat on the 5th floor as expected

Great design. Helpful customer service

Whilst the staff at Hudson Reed were wonderfully helpful, and the products delivered were exactly as advertised, the products took longer than expected to be delivered, and the tracking number provided did not work on the delivery companies website.

I ended up playing telephone ping-pong with the delivery company to track down the delivery.

My issues are not with Hudson Reed, but rather the logistics company they used, which were truly awful to deal with.

Very good service and attention to customer care. Nadia in particular was very helpful.
We made quite a large order and 2 small pieces had minor markings/defects - Hudson reed was more than happy to replace both items for us. The only reason I havn´t awarded 5 stars is because one of the items was out of stock so could only be replaced with a similar alternative. However that said, they kindly refunded us 50 € for the inconvenience and we kept the piece with the minor defect.
Overall very happy, and I need to make another order which I will do this week.

A friend recommended Hudson Reed to me, now I can recommend it to the others! Good quality, fast, efficient!
