I bought a limitless 5.0 walnut case
I bought a limitless 5.0 walnut case for s24 ulta spent 54 pounds not to mention the 20 pound I paid for the magsafe ring that doesn't hold on to the case and comes off at every opatuity but that's not even the worst of it I was sent a broken case with no volume button so fort these things happen I'll give mous another try to be contacted 4 days later to be told I could be sent a replacement but the replacement would not be under warranty so if there was any more issues i would not be covered no if I had had the case a few months I might of took it on the chin and accepted this but as I was sent the case broken and faulty how can a compy that claims to make robust and high guilty goods send a broken case and then tell me if there's any more issues I'm not covered for something that was never my fault in the first place avoid compy is a rip off was going to like I said have a replacement give them another try but after says it all about this company I want my money back should of stuck with casetify what a rip off I think it's all that time u spent camping outside them apple stores in China u picked up there business practices it's not gunna work over here refund Mr my money pls and if anyone is reading this wanting yo buy a new case I highly recommend u don't magsafe is weak cases are quite clearly not as well built as they are made out to be and they want to punish customers for faults that they have made even after that customer was going to give them another chance

Don’t bother
Don’t bother. I ordered a case over a week ago and the tracking provided does not work. They say it’s been sent via FedEx however I have phoned FedEx on several occasions and have been told the tracking number does not exist.
I have obviously tried to contact Mous via email as there is no phone number and I’m still waiting for an answer.
Yes they have great marketing but that’s about it.
