I'm really that the shipping time disappointed you but i've check and the delivery was in time. We are based in France, so shipping to Portugal take a little. This usually between 5 to 7-8 working days and I've seen that your parcel come to your place within 6 working days.

They have my shoes back for more than 10 days in which I am waiting for their return and some clear response through the emails, they asked me for the IBAN and the return receipts since the shoes did not fit correctly, This is 7 days ago, and today they tell me not to suffer, that when they receive them they will give me a refund. But if it has been 10 days since you have received them? Can you communicate between workers? Morgane told me this, I have been in contact with Julien for more than 15 days ... Good experience
In love with my new clothes!! They look just like the photos and they fit perfectly. Very soft, nice style and good quality. I had to return a product because there was a mistake with the size (they admited the error and declared that it was a very rare case) and they bear all the costs of the return.
