Am enjoying my esalon experience. The team are very helpful if you have any questions or just need advise. I've always been very happy with my colour and I like that you get a sufficient amount of product (I have very think hair which takes alot of colour) and I like that you can select how often you would like to receive your colour as my hair grows very quickly. All in all esalon has it spot on and I would recommend them every time.

I was extremely happy a couple years ago when I started my subscription. The home solution was perfect but only because the product was of excellent quality and the procedure in the instructions were great to follow.
But then my semi-perm product was changed to a perm mix and the problems started. I needed a color refinement and my hair started turning a little orange tone and your experts fixed the color and said that I had to wait longer and do the extra step to mix remaining mix with water and distribute in all my hair.
This got really messy and while my hair looked better, I got mix all over my bathroom.
The packaging could also be more eco-friendly by eliminating unnecessary plastic and non-recyclable materials.
That said, I will keep my subscription as this is THE BEST DIY hair color ever!
If you can find a solution to make the use of your products super easy, simple and not messy, I will go back to loving it!!

Arrives on time regularly, easy enough to use (apart from the back!) and the colour is nice and natural.

Before using eSalon, I was terrified of coloring my own hair. However, they make it easy with thorough directions, a complete kit, and tailor-made shipments. I get many compliments on the color, and people are surprised I did it myself. It's been 4 years since that first try, and I continue to be monumentally pleased...plus I save a ton of money staying away from the "professional" salon.
I highly recommend eSalon to others!

Can’t say enough about this product. Ive been using it for years and wouldn’t use anything else.
There’s no strong smell, comes with gloves, shampoo and conditioner in a lovely secure box and the colour is amazing.

Very good result am happy with the color. I would have needed a brush instead of the bottle as product was very runny. The second bottle had a very strong ammonia smell which was irritating when using it and am worried about long term effect on my hair.

I absolutely love eSalon! The colour you mixed for me is perfect. I have never been able to find the right one at either a salon or with an at home kit. Plus the colour lasts, which is very hard to get with red!

I love the packaging and that it gets delivered on a timescale of my choosing. Lately though the colour seems to fade after just a couple of weeks. Also it doesn’t cover all the grey. I’ve gone lighter in my colour to help disguise the grey but even that doesn’t help all over. The sides especially don’y always take the colour even though I always do them first.
