Ruth Santos is the Most WONDERFUL person that had extreme patience, Kindness, and truly showed COMPASSION with me when I first inquired about ESA pet. THANK YOU RUTH!!! My experience with ESA Pet was challenging.

My experience with ESA Pet was challenging. Missed calls and emails going to SPAM caused my experience to last longer than it should and became stressful. The good news is we were able to connect today to complete the process. I will have my letter today. I appreciate ESA Pet working with me.

Great service

Great service, quick, easy and professional. There are many websites offering this service. I chose ESA pet based on some reviews that I had read. They answered all of my questions quickly and in a timely manner. They took to the time to follow up via a phone call to make sure that I was completely taken care of. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing an ESA letter

The process...

The process was explained on the website. My interview with the professional evaluator was very pleasant. I spoke of my history and I spoke about my pet. I received an oral evaluation right after the process and was told I qualified. The only small stumbling block was receiving the letter which came days after I was told it would be here. But I did receive it and they did what they said they would do. Thank you very much.

I was going in to an eviction illegally…

I was going in to an eviction illegally since my landlord was requesting a new letter since the last letter was about to expire .I contacted ESA Pet and in less that 48 Hrs the doctor contacted me immediately and work it out with my son’s .Very fast delivery and affordable as well .I will definitely recommend it 100% This service.

Grateful and Pleased

Thank you so much ESAPet for helping me to obtain my Documentation.
The process was very well explained, waited 30 days to receive my letter and the Therapist was extremely Understanding.
This Company is Legit and always communicate in a timely manner.
I definitely do recommend anyone that needs an ESA letter to do it here.

The process was simple and the…

The process was simple and the therapist I talked with was very flexible and made the consultation feel confortable. I got my travel letter and housing certificate sent right after. It was overall a great experience and I'm so thankful to be able to always have my baby dog close to me. ESApet is doing wonders for people and pets.

Truly awful experience

My experience with esapet was truly awful. I ordered two letters but the very next day settled on housing that didn't require them, so I sent an email requesting a refund. According to their website, you're entitled to a refund if you ask for it before being contacted by a Healthcare professional, so I was eligible. They did not respond for 2 weeks, so I sent another courtesy email following up, and told them that if I didn't hear anything I would have to go to my bank instead. They finally responded, but claimed they had no record of my request and that since I had been called by a Healthcare professional on July 12 that I was not eligible for a refund. The thing is, all they had to do was scroll down to see my original refund request on July 11. I told them so, but received no response after that, so I had to go to my bank and file a dispute. After that, they were extremely communicative, although difficult. They continuously tried to get me to drop the dispute, which I continously told them I could do after they refunded me per their refund policy. In the end, I gave in to the stress this situation was causing me, and I dropped the dispute, in good faith toward their promise to refund me afterwards. But, guess what? They did not refund me. They claimed that they decided to accept the dispute (just days after I told them I had already dropped it), but I called Chase several times over many weeks and Chase made it clear every single time that they had received no such acceptance and that I would not be receiving the money back. So, basically, it looks like I got played. They have a very clear refund policy that they did not honor and I am out $179 with nothing to show for it. I could never recommend this company to anyone.

EDIT: They did end up refunding me after seeing this review. Their reply states that they refunded me "some time ago" which is not correct, they refunded me the day after I posted this review. Though I appreciate the refund, that reply makes me feel again that integrity is not a priority with this business, so I'll be leaving my rating as is.

Anxiety Free

The past five years have been really tough. Having my puppy be my emotional support animal has helped immensely. Esapet was so helpful in making this happen. Their procedure was easy and quick. Anxiety free. I recommend using Esapet to anyone who needs an emotional support animal.
