Knowledgeable and understanding.

My experience was great because Mrs. Shoop was very compassionate and motivational after learning my disabilities. She understood how important it is to have Flower with me and even recommended resources that could assist me more on my healing Journey. Thanks Esapets for making my life a little bit easier.

Don't expect to hear back from them if you have follow up questions or concerns

I appreciate after the call, I received my letter quickly. But the psych said I could follow up if I needed with any issues. I emailed the company AND called and left a message because my leasing company wanted the letter to be resubmitted with more information. I never got a reply to my email or my call. I'm waiting for my new housing company to give me consequences for not getting them the information they asked for. I wouldn't use this company again.

The easiest process!!

I used ESA pet to get a certification for my puppy and it was the easiest process to go through. After applying, I spoke with a licensed therapist on the phone right away and answered some questions for him. After our call, I had my letter within hours. They are very efficient and make the process a breeze. I’m so happy I found ESA pet so that I can have my pup with me safely in my home at all times. Thank you ESA Pet!

No NPI or verifiable License number for clinician.

When applying for a property rental I was asked for a National Provider Identifier number (NPI) which I was unable to provide. Apparently they were unable to verify the clinician's license number. This seems like a major oversight, as it potentially makes this letter useless and I paid $150 for it.

The experience of merely obtaining the letter was okay, but I'm a bit concerned about the ESAPETS branding all over the housing letter. It doesn't seem to serve any marketing purpose, and probably only causes property managers to question it. I'd rather have a clean white letter.

I had a great experience

Excellent caring company

Saw company’s add paid didn’t get 48 hour response but as soon as I contacted them they called had me look in my spam folder and the info was there filled in the forms got my response the next day and I could download my letter. They were so helpful as I am older and needed some help with forms. Could not recommend a company for this purpose more highly. If I could give them ten stars I would.

Good Overall Experience

I was very happy with my experience with ESA Pet. Their website was straight forward and I received my letter in a timely manner. What I liked best was that they haven't flooded my inbox with promotional emails like the other service pet websites. They also aren't "gimmicky"

Super fast and easy

The website was so easy to navigate and I got a call from the therapist really quick- like within a couple hours. She was kind and attentive and my letter was in my email within minutes of the call. Definitely recommend.

Good and easy ESA sign up

There was a small wait because of tech issues but nothing major. The lady (Jennifer) was very sweet and understanding of my health issues over the phone. It was not nerve wracking at all and she made me feel good about getting the help and signing my dog up. Thank you! The app and sign up is also the easiest process. No spams with this site.

10/10 Recommend

I was in desperate need of a new document due to my psychologist no longer wanting to assist me in correcting her own document. I searched but not too long, it was apparent that ESA pet was the number one choice for everyone. The process was amazingly and surprisingly easy. Everything is advertised correctly, no catches. 10/10, most easy documentation process I’ve ever been through.
