Confused over price

When I maded my purchase online the price was $127.48 ,my credit card was charged $171.88,I reached out was given a case #01113720 informed of nothing after that,still would love to no why I was over billed???

When I first encountered ESET I was living and working in Hong Kong and the system was set up by the in house techies. I found the software to work satisfactorily and were I to hit a problem I would call upon the in house team.
I left Hong Kong in 2021 with the Chinese version of the software (or at least that was what I assumed)
When I needed to renew the software everything came up in Chinese and I was fortunate enough to find an English speaking customer service officer who directed me to ESET UK.
So far everything is OK and I presume that were I to experience a problem there will be a UK based CSO to assist me.
I am an 80 year old retired businessman

What a collection of foul-ups!

On renewal, ESET didn't try to take payment when I fixed my payment info. I renewed manually, but the eset apps on my phone ignored my renewal, providing only free-level protection. Worse, trying to remove protection to reinstall the apps locked my phone, disabling mobile hotspot and blocking the only source of internet I have at home. What a collection of foul-ups! I'm too sick to deal with this.

I was hugely impressed at how easy it was to cancel a subscription which had become unnecessary.
I’d expected to spend ages trying to log on and locate an obscurely located unsubscribe screen, but ESET made it wonderfully simple. This integrity is to be applauded.

New Home Essential Subscription

Very good value and straightforward to download and install. ESET came highly recommended by family members who have used it for many years. I like the high degree of configurability, which easily allows me to control aspects such as the type of notifications that pop-up. The special in-browser banking protection and Outlook Classic ad-in are additional bonuses. Definitely a much better experience all-round than with certain other well-known AV providers!

Great peace of mind for computer users.

This company was recommended to us by our former computer expert. He uses ESET himself as he says that it's the best. We have a recurring subscription which means that updates run automatically. This means that we don't need to do anything! We are not computer experts, so this is so easy for us. We especially like the internet banking application which makes banking very secure. It also warns about any dodgy websites and email attachments.They also send monthly newsletters with updates on new scams. We would recommend ESET to anyone who needs security for their computer.
