My air fryer overheated and stopped working but was still under warranty, so I contacted Customer Services who (after seeing photos of the fryer) very quickly and efficiently sent a replacement lid which solved the problem. I am very pleased and impressed with their prompt service as I use the fryer on a daily basis.

I bought my daughter a microwave, kettle and toaster package via groupon in December 2019, however the microwave started to start smoking, I contacted groupon, who said that I needed to contact ESG direct of which I did on 25th November 2021. Wow what great customer service we received from then. I rang the customer care team and spoke to a very helpful chap. He asked me to write an e mail with all of our conversation. I got a reply asking if we could send the microwave back and he would arrange a courier to collect it, at a time and date of my choice. The courier came on 1st December and picked it up. I then let them know that it had been collected. A new microwave was sent out and we received it on 6th December. I can not fault the customer care and service that we have received from this company and thanks to Conor in the team. 11/10

I bought a hairy biker air fryer from a supervalue shop in ireland.I had it in storage for about nine months before I started to use it.After about six months I noticed anything I cooked on it was sticking .I knew the warranty was up at this stage so applied to ESG to buy a new plate for the airfryer.Having explained what had happened and not having a warranty they exchanged without any trouble for free.Their customer service is excellent and that is why I will give them 5 out of 5 . I bought a large wood-effect Daewoo DAB radio from Robert Dyas and loved it. Great value for money, very light and decent clear volume. Also able to pick up all my stations despite being in a poor signal area. When the internal power failed I was so disappointed. Since I was in the 2-year window from purchase it was still under guarantee. Daewoo customer service answered my many emails promptly and when the returned unit could not be repaired they sent me a replacement which was almost the same model but better looking and with a handle. Many thanks to them.

I have bought last year Air fryer from Aldi online, enjoyed using everyday nearly, recently while pizza was grilled suddenly top lid stopped working, I have requested customer service, had instant support received, just provide few pictures and receipt, that’s all, in a week I have received bread new top lid as a replacement. The replacement lid was even better brand as a replacement.
More than happy with customer service I have received.
Definitely recommend.

Daewoo kettle purchased Sept 2019. Guarantee 2 years. Stopped working last autumn within 12 month retailer warranty. Initially took back to shop on easing of Covid restrictions. Shop declined to assist as returned after 12 months. On calling Eurosonic, Daewoo UK agents, their customer service (Conor) quickly, after I readily provided proof of purchase, sent out a new kettle to replace. Service was prompt, clear and seamless. Excellent result.

My Daewoo Electric kettle stopped working in January 21. It was bought from T J Hughes in Liverpool in October 2019 with a two year guarantee. After the lockdown I visited T J Hughes to find that it was still closed. On Tuesday 20/4/21 I emailed Daewoo to ask for help. You asked me for a copy of the original receipt, model number and my full details. You replied on the 21/4/21 advising me that the original kettle was no longer available and offered me a replacement. I accepted this and you sent me the replacement which arrived the next day. Excellent response.

Purchased a Daewoo Carpet Cleaner via an on-line well known company, contacted supplier in first instance as my cleaner developed after only 2 and1/2 months splits and hairline cracks in the seams of the clean water tank, rendering me unable to use my cleaner, contacted the company who sold it in first instance who advised it wasn't covered under warranty to contact Daewoo, which I duly did, best customer service I have received in a long time they were most helpful, outcome is they are sending me a replacement tank free of charge. Big thank you to Daewoo can not recommend highly enough.

I had a great experience dealing with this company to purchase a set of cook/serve ware. All items are of great quality and were delivered quickly. Unfortunately, one of the items got broken in transit, but after one message to customer services, they had a replacement on the way to me, which was delivered within two days. We have a Halogen Air Fryer, bought from Aldi in January 2020. It’s a really convenient, multi-use kitchen workhorse. A few days ago, without warning, the deep glass bowl developed two substantial cracks in it, rendering the device useless.
Not wanting to discard the rest of the appliance, I checked the receipt and manual to discover a three-year warranty and contact details for ESG.
I rang and, despite Covid-19 restrictions, was connected with Lisa almost immediately. She quickly agreed to supply a replacement bowl after just a couple of questions and shortly thereafter I received a confirmation email with tracking details for the package.
Three days later, it arrived, well protected against damage.
So, no cost to me, extended the life of the appliance and the damaged bowl was recyclable.
Lisa was very pleasant and super helpful. Other customer service departments could learn a thing or two from this.
Very well done - highly recommended.
