The Halogen Air Fryer I bought from Aldi, stopped working after 9 months of use. I rang them on Wednesday evening, spoke to a lovely lady & on Friday, unbelievably, a new product was delivered.
That's what I would call exceptional service. Any appliance, bought from any retailer, could develop a fault, but I doubt very much whether any supplier could top less than 48hrs with no quibbles to provide a replacement. Well done Aldi and thank you. From a very grateful customer.

I got in touch with Daewoo via Facebook in regards to a kettle I purchased from them, the paintwork had mysteriously started to flake off
Within half an hour I had a replacement kettle being organised for me. It was excellent customer service, especially whilst all this is going on, I expected a long wait for a reply.
I got emailed with dispatch times throughout. It has definitely put Daewoo towards the top of my brands I will chose to use in future.
Excellent.
The kettle is also fantastic, one of the quickest boilers I've had

Asked the company if they could supply a replacement jug for a Daewoo blender.
What a wonderful experience the answer was yes..money sent by BACS delivered a few days later.The customer services team also checked that the item had been delivered.
I was kept informed all along by emails from the customer service team.To get service like this is extraordinary during normal times but to get service of this quality during these troubling times is exceptional.A big thank you to all involved at Eurosonic Group.

Absolutely delighted with the oustanding customer care that I received regarding my daewoo steam iron. It had a major fault with it and once contacted about the issue, the iron was picked up and replaced/repaired within a matter of days. All communications from the customer care team were helpful, courteous and polite. I can't fault them in any way. Fantastic company that I am more than happy to recommend to others.

Bought a heater from Aldi but didn't need to use it for 11 months at which point there was a problem, contacted ESG customer services and they (especially Lisa) dealt with this rapidly, efficiently and very politely by providing a replacement and answering follow-up query. Word of advice to all keep your receipt be it from Aldi, Lidl, Sainsburys and Tesco (and probably other retailers) as this acts a warranty.

I recently had a problem with an air-fryer i purchased from Aldi. I was directed to Eurosonic and Lisa Tarry answered the call. She was a model of professionalism and sorted out the issue in a few minutes. I was able to buy the spare part and pay on line. No stress.
Lisa followed up a few days later to make sure i had received the replacement and that i was satisfied.
This was one of the best interactions i have had with a customer service department in YEARS. Lisa is definitely a 5 star employee.

I have had 2 problems with my ALDI AIR FRYER, one a broken stand damaged in transit and one caused by my wife standing the lid on a very hot gas hob which resulted in the electronics in the lid melting!
For both of the problems I contacted the number stated on the guarantee and was fortunate to contact a charming and efficient lady called Lisa at ESG Customer Service. From initial contact for both problems a replacement part arrived at my home the next day delivered by UPS. Her service was easily the best Customer Service I have ever received, other companies could learn a lot from ESG, Well done ESG Customer Service, keep up the good work

Contacted ESG with a claim under warranty for a panel heater I had purchased. They were very efficient in dealing with the issue and a replacement panel heater was sent next day.
I am extremely pleased with every aspect of dealing with this company and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

What excellent customer service. I got in touch with Eurosonic customer service team when my Air Fryer element stopped working one year into its three year guarantee. Total panic as I use it every day. After quickly emailing proof of purchase and warranty to them, I received a phone call from a very friendly, helpful lady telling me a new lid/element unit would be despatched that afternoon, to arrive the next morning. I mentioned that although not included in the warranty, the stand had a slight crack in it. No problem...a new one was included in the package (which arrived as promised the next day). The best Customer Service I've ever received. Well done Eurosonic Group.

I purchased a Buffet Hot Plate in late 2018 and has been a great help for my family. My 2 sons are autistic and the facility of cooking dinner and keeping it warm in the Hot Plate has released so much time for us. After having it for a few months, the plastic lids began to crack badly so I emailed the company looking to purchase new one. All I can say is that the help I've had is fantastic. Our Aldi purchase had become unfunctional so I returned the item to the store seeking redress under the 3 year warranty but was sent away with an instruction to use a number in the original packaging. I feared a premium rate contact number with a lengthy delay on hold but it was quite the opposite. The freephone number was answered quickly and requested a photo of receipt and heater. A replacement was dispatched to arrive within 48 hours. The service could not have been better.
