Good service but a slight delay
eShop Pharmacy supplied the medicine I wanted after an online consultation. It took a bit longer than I hoped because there was another question sent by email and the postal delivery was not fast. The price was about average for this product.

Hi Brian
Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with the expiry date on the medication you received.
All medication we supply is always within its valid expiry date. However, we understand that in some cases patients may prefer a longer remaining shelf life, particularly for multi-month supplies.
If you ever receive an item that you feel is too short dated for your needs, please contact our customer support team and we will always be happy to review the situation
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and are always here to help.

Very good service
Initially the prescription was rejected however I contacted the pharmacy by phone and explained that I had received a hospital prescription for the intended medication. I sent a scanned copy of the prescription and the order was processed and delivered very efficiently.
