Absolutely shocking. Connection is often slow and unreliable in most countries. Travelling in Thailand I had minimal connectivity in Phuket and nothing in Bangkok. I reached out for support and was stuck in a loop communicating with a bot. Poor product, no support service beyond AI.

Easy to purchase and install. 24/7 online help available for when you get stuck. They even refunded when I purchased the wrong plan.

Their customer support team is patient and very helpful. I have been passed around but I see that the every agent reviews the older conversations to provide alternate diagnosis.

It was perfect and better than the sim I got at the airport for 77 dollars!! £55 pounds!! Holafly did not disappoint! The data was super good and super speed and worked all the way til I left Miami. I’m grateful and thankful and I will definitely go with you guys again! Remember to all my UK people! Do not buy a sim in the airport when you go Miami! Or any other country’s! It’s a scam! They charge you more and their sims stop working after 2 days from personal experience instead go with Holafy! They are faster and much better and cheaper! great customer service plus a efficient connection and purchase

My second time using this service the first time was great. Unfortunately this last time the online tech couldn’t get it installed and working. After 2hrs troubleshooting with them they offered me a refund. I accepted but took 52 emails hours and days spent with 10 team members from all departments . 4 weeks later and they finally issued my refund.

It was my first time trying an esim for data abroad. Couldn't get connected at first but when i asked for help, it was all cleared up quickly. Bought the eSIM for my trip to Turkey, thought I would give it a try for the first time, temp replacement for my 3 network, got to say that it worked out cheaper and I had constant data throughout, so easy to setup, if your network is charging a small fortune then seriously try Holafly, I will defo use again in the near future.
